    Can be improved

**Deluxe double - 403, Deluxe twin 504** 4D/3N -The lobby and rooms are photogenic -Courteous staff esp. the guy who checked us in. He was the one who took care of the room we should transfer to. More details about this below. (Kudos to you, sir!) -24/7 Benguet coffee in the lobby -Mountain view in the rooms and coffee shop -Nice bed and sofa -Spacious rooms -Hairdryer available upon request -Victory Liner terminal is 5 mins away -Free breakfast: buffet on the first day (this is only when they have high occupancy); Meal on the 2nd and 3rd. Their longganisa is the best choice! -Bottled water, toiletries, towels are replenished/replaced everyday. -Molds and dirt in the tiles, furnitures -Beddings look old already -Closet needs to be upgraded -Elevator is old and smells moldy (per sticker, it was last checked in 2011) -(Room 403-stay away from this room) In my request, I asked for a quiet room but they gave us this one with connecting door at the edge of the bed so noise can be heard from the other room (tv, normal speaking voice). Didn't get a good sleep the first night, it's disappointing. -(Room 504) I asked to be transferred cos of the noise. This one is deluxe twin but they offered to combine the beds. View is nicer but there's bad smell coming from the loo; had to close the bathroom door so it won't bother us. -No internet on the 3rd day which is a bummer cos we can't run a search for great tourist spots and restos to visit (mobile data is crappy). Front desk said they can't contact PLDT (no one is answering in the hotline). The following day, internet is made available but only in the lobby (thru pocket wifis Smart and Globe); connection unstable as predicted. It's already 10am and service is still not being worked on. If you will be holding a company event and will need good connection, this is something you should consider. Hotel has great potential but housekeeping needs to be upgraded real quick (repainting, scrubbing the furnitures, bathroom fixtures, mirrors). It is what you see in the photos though a bit curated. The unli-coffee is a plus for me and my gf. The view from the room is relaxing from a long day's gala. Location is great as it is near Panagbenga Park, away from the crowded spot of Session Road but still 5-10mins away from Burnham Park, 3-5mins from SM. Transpo is not an issue and is really cheap; They do return your change (kahit piso). You're guaranteed to have a nice ride to and fro the hotel.

    Limited Parking Space- Deluxe Double

I booked deluxe double for a 3 days and 2 nights stay breakfast is included. The receptionist told me that they served plated or buffet breakfast depends on how many guests will stay to their building. If plated, few guests booked; if buffet that means their accommodation are fully booked. Luckily, during our stay we experienced their buffet. their food is amazing, all Filipino dish and love their fresh fruit. Before check in ,they have unlimited coffee, that is a must try. (self service) The room is decent and big and wifi in the room. But the heater is not functioning well. They have limited parking space, in basement I think 10 cars can fit in. First come, first serve basis. but don't worry there is parking at the lobby. and if there no space for you they say they will park it in the school [ if I'm not mistaken (better call them for this issue) or near the are that is safe] Hotel is near Cafe Ruins.

Reasonable value for a 1 night stop

The Chalet Baguio was my first experience of a hotel in Baguio. The hotel is situated on a steep bend on a busy road in Baguio City and parking in the few spaces in front of the building can be unnerving (the hotel also has some basement parking, though I did not use it). The Lobby is cozy and doubles as the breakfast and dinner restaurant. The staff were friendly and check-in was fast (though we were the only guests checking-in at that moment). We were offered complimentary brewed coffee while checking-in, which was nice. The room was adequate and clean, though not luxurious. The shower was not very hot, which given Baguio can have mid-teens temperatures Centigrade, was irritating. One of the LED ceiling lights had a tendency to flicker, which was also irritating. While doing a good job cleaning the rooms, it seems the housekeeping staff are not paying close attention to the ondition of the room fitments. The view from the room was a scrap yard of old cars.; not very "Baguio"! The room rate included dinner, which was of good quality though only a single main dish with rice for two. Breakfast was also included and of reasonable quality. The location of the hotel is not very good for walking, but (except for the parking) good for motoring. I think it's a reasonable budget value for 1 or 2 nights, but if you can afford it, moving up to the Manor at Camp John Hay or similar is much much better.

Old noisy dirty place to stay

This place needs major renovation.. the place gets older and older without proper maintenance, need re painting as its too dark, dirty room floor.. dirty (hallway) carton boxes used as doormat and the worst is cockroach all over the counter table where they serve free coffee..

Great Value for Money in a great location.

The hotel's location is great. Near SM and Camp John Hay. We loved the dinner and breakfast too. Very tasty food. They have free-flowing coffee too. Our room was clean. Everything worked (aircon, tv, water heater, etc). And we were lucky to get a room with a fantastic view! Only bad thing here is the lack of parking space. At any time you'll have to double park your car in very tight spaces and leave the key with them. So if you bring an expensive car you'll spend your time worrying about it. But overall, it was a great stay for us.
