  Convenient clean good value

  Stayed 2 nights at 450 baht per night low season. Room compact but clean with good storage and shower. Private balcony a waste of space as only big enough for 1 chair which isn't provided anyway although there is a chair in the room. Small fridge. No hot drink making facilities but you can order food and drink into room. Comfortable beds...not rock solid like most Thai beds. Staff friendly. Hotel in good condition. No ants in room...so unusual! Lift to all floors. Didnt eat here...breakfast not included in our price, but hotel v close to local food outlets. Also easy walk to central plaza shopping centre with food and good range of shops, close to bars and easy walk to 2 lakes and park areas. Parking around hotel free. We would stay again.

  Nice place, centrally located. Friendly helpful staff. The wifi was working fine but I was on the 3rd floor. Good value for money hotel. I would stay here again. There is a balcony hidden by a door with a curtain but there's not much space but you can use the area to dry things. There were 2 free bottles of water in the fridge. I paid 400 Baht or so in the low season

  Bad service and ants in room

  We called three times to make sure our reservation was correct. When we arrived they couldnt find our reservation and were quite unhelpful. Rooms are ok, except for the ants. Much better alternatives in this area.

  Avoid standard rooms in here.

  Ac and fan box outside very noisy. Management bad, staff low service. Outdated, very small standard rooms. Pictures doesn't reflect reality. I have been traveling a lot and booked 20+ of all kind of accomondations , and this is my first complain. I booked standard room for relatively price. First night I couldn't sleep due to AC and condenser fan noise in little balcony. Reception 5am showed me another room which was exactly same noise ac and condenser.I nicely asked if they can upgrade room so I can rest.They did not. 6am I end up in room with better AC. Next day manager on phone told reception not to give better room for last second night.

  Old and dirty room

  Was shocked when we first entered the room as it was old, unlike the marketing photos that were shown on Agoda and in the hotel. The toilet was also badly infested with cockroaches, we had to kill about 20+ small and medium sized cockroaches over the few nights that we stayed there. The reception staff were also unfriendly. We are very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel.
