You can't believe me if I say it was very clean

Everything was good especially cleaning the hotel and around them. Staff were friendly. You can use high-speed Internet there. Around the hotel you can see the beautiful scenery and the beautiful sound of birds. But its location was far away from the city. About one KM

    Worst hotel ever

Don't know if the other reviewers stayed at or how it is rated so high. The room was like something from the 80's. Cracked walls, water stains on the ceiling, rock hard bed and pillows, dirty floors, no water pressure in bathroom, toilet looked it like it would overflow when flushed. The a/c was super cold even when set to 30C. The only good was fast wifi, but that was probably because we were the only ones staying there.

    Grand entrance with adequate rooms

We are bicycle touring so we do not need a 5 star place. We stayed here for two nights and like it a lot. Great for bicycle touring...they let us bring our bikes in the room. Huge rooms!!! Large desk that runs the full length of the wall . Very strong shower and adequate. Quiet. Air worked great. Wifi worked awesome. Close to great restaurants and lots of street vendors, and 7-Eleven down the street. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable but not too soft. Ask for room with a view. There is a large picture window in each room. The center rooms look at other rooms on the other side of the building....Ask to face nature/ the hills ... and you have a nice view of the golden Wat at the top of the hill. Very nice. We were on the 3rd floor.

Closed to the City but Running Down

Searching this hotel for a business trip in this small town from one of the well known website and quite disappointing that the pictures in the website looked much better than the actual. The room was running down and not as clean, the lobby and walk way to the room was messy and full of unattended banqueting tables/chairs that left all over the place. Staff looking at us when we drove at the drop off and offered no help until we had to ask if someone can help carrying the luggage's. Booking with the Website but had been asked for a 3% charge on top so the price shown at the website was not actual. The only compliment of this hotel was the breakfast but the day we checked out the hotel could not offer us the breakfast buffet so we had to order al la cart but we had to say the dishes we had were very good (Fried Rice & Fried Chicken with Garlic) Wi-Fi was quite good, nice view from the room (rice fields, hills & temples, etc.) but the window was very dirty and uncleaned which ruined the view.

"Normal Hotel worth the price you paid"

The hotel is closed to the city where the night market is located. However, Chai Nat is a very small city and there is nothing to do so you need to stay in the hotel after dinner. The hotel is simple, it has everything you need a bed, pillows, bathtub, air conditioner, hot water, TV, etc. The compliment of this hotel is the wi-fi and the breakfast, very good, much better than any other 4 stars in a big city!!!
