  A very charming guest house

  I thoroughly enjoyed my short break of 3 days the hotel is situated opposite a quiet beach in the traditional Thai beach resort rooms are adequate for a comfortable stay the hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and Khun Peter and Khun Joy will make you feel like you're staying with family They serve a delicious German breakfast with freshly baked bread eggs salami cheese and Parma ham WiFi is excellent with no tedious requirements to login to a web browser ...simples I will certainly be back Big thanks Peter & Joy

  Great little place

  We stopped here on a recent bike trip. The rooms were clean, had a nice view and very bright. One tip take a double room facing the sea. The owners were very helpful, I had a flat battery and they took it to be charged. Great service! Oh try the German breakfast you won't be disappointed. We will be back on our next trip through.

  REGRET BOOKING THIS PLACE

  There were many good reviews about Cha am seaside hotel, so I booked this for my partner to stay on 17 August. I booked via Booking.com and a superior room with balcony cost 900 baht. Once my partner checked in, the hotel says they do not take credit cards, and in addition to the 900 bahts, they want 100 baht as deposit. When he told them that booking.com never said about this policy, the hotel was not helpful and the thai woman did not understand english. The superior room which is highest category was a real disapointment. Supposed to be AC, but it didnt work. The chain link lock on door didnt work. All in all, it was a real regret that we booked this place. We also found out that if you book direct, without Booking.com, the rates are much cheaper.

  Home from Home

  I always make time to stay at the Cha-Am Seaside with the amazing welcome from Peter and Joy who make you feel very welcome and just across the road ( quiet ) from a very quiet and peaceful beach it is very economical to stay here and they do a great German breakfast with hard to find warm bread and Peter makes amazing home made jam highly recommenced I also like the wi-fi as you only need the password and you don't have to login to another browser like most hotels

  Great as always

  Another excellent stay at this lovely guest house very reasonable rate's and a very sincere home from home atmosphere from the charming hosts Joy & Peter don't miss out on the great German style breakfast for only 100 Baht amazing bargain I'd ignore the negative reviews some people expect 5 star facilities for budget prices
