Get away weekendWow, the accommodation here was great, clean, spacious, comfortable. Bit cold for a swim, the pool area clean. The restaurant section. Food amazing, very well priced. The staff were exceptional. Thank you all. I certainly would revisit.

Clean Room, Comfortable BedStayed in a standard room for two nights. Reception was efficient and friendly and with verbal advise on current regulations. Room very clean, tea/coffee making facilities, ensuite with adequate toiletries; everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Good free WIFI. Got a bit noisy at times as we were near Reception and some real early starters both mornings. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

Slight premium for its location near the PinnaclesComing from our Geraldton accommodation which cost less with free breakfast included, Cervantes Pinnacles Motel felt a bit overpriced, but there isn't much competition in the area. The room was fine- old, with some paint peeling and water damage around the bathroom vanity, but clean, spacious and functional. The shower pressure was very good. Bathroom door could use a lock, and it's a bit unusual to have no sink by the separate toilet. The front door was an issue- it's hard to unlock and lock- you may think you've got it closed properly and then a strong wind will suddenly push it right in. There's a very strong detergent smell in the room, which we had to air out... might be good to tone it down for guests that are more sensitive than we are to fragrances. Unfortunately for us, we seemed to be jinxed in our room. Not long after settling in, our smoke alarm went off for no reason and soon after that, the TV lost audio in the middle of a program. Both times, the maintenance man promptly attended, fixing the first issue with new batteries and recommending a room swap when he couldn't find the problem with the TV. We decided to stay put as it seemed more inconvenient to move our stuff across. What do you know, the TV audio miraculously returned almost straight after. Reception is friendly and efficient.

Christmas day desert hikeWe visited the Pinnacles on Christmas day. Then stayed overnight. Small pool. $75 Christmas dinner. We had hot pot in the apartment kitchen instead. Close to lobster shack and the beach. There is laundry on site. General store was close by but not open due to Christmas day.

Clean, comfy place to stay near the PinnaclesWe were pleasantly surprised with this hotel when we drove up to stay near the Pinnacles. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was lovely and spacious enough for a relaxing swim. Literally nowhere else was open to eat dinner when we came to visit (it's a very small town), so we had to eat at the in-motel restaurant, which was super expensive for what you got (understandable given the lack of options around), but the food was decent enough. It's only a short drive to the Pinnacles from the motel, so definitely worth the stay if you want to watch the sunset and stargaze in the desert without taking a long drive back.
