  Comfortable apparent

  Good location, reasonable price and nice apartment. Quite good equipment in the kitchen so you can cooking your own. The size of apartment is good for 2-3 people. This place was renovated this year. It was the best option I found near Como. Free parking and wifi!

  Ok Budget Hotel

  No one was there when we first showed up. We had to use the phone from the hotel next door and wait for the owner to arrive. I wasn't thrilled about the wait especially after flying from Florida and driving from Milano airport. Everything was fine once we got into our rooms. The hotel had all the necessary basics. The only thing I would have improved was the wifi connection. It only worked outside of the room or right next to the room entrance. This made it awkward when using Skype.

  Stop over at lake Como

  We were driving from England to Sorrento, so decided to stay here on the way for a stop over. We realised we were going to arrive later than planned so emailed to let them know. When we arrived after a long day in the car, the proprietor greeted us and showed us to our apartment. He was very friendly and spoke very good English. He recommended restaurants and places to get breakfast locally and also gave advice on the cheapest places to get petrol for our onward journey. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and spacious. It was equipped with double bed, sofa bed, table, kitchenette and a large bathroom. Cernobbio and lake Como are beautiful places and Cernobbio residence would be an ideal base for exploring them

  Great location

  We based ourself here for 5 days and visited different areas of Lake Como. Cernobbio was a great little place with a really nice promenade with a couple of restaurants to choose from, most of which have a great view over the lake. Not an overly busy place therefore if you like it nice and quiet then this is the place to be.

  Pet friendly accommodation

  We enjoyed staying in a spacious and clean apartment with our golden retriever. There is a fully equipped kitchen and nook, aofa and double bed. We drove and parked our car in the available lot for free, the location is just off the A9 freeway exit and easy to reach. Very reasonably priced for the area, walking distance to the Cernobbio boat station. The owner is a lovely person who gives you all the information you need for visiting the local area, where to eat, what to see, how to get around. Breakfast is included and served at the pastry shop just down the road, full of fabulous sweets and paninis. Very highly recommended place to stay on Lake Como!
