  Not what it says in the brochure!

  My hubby, myself, my 2 year old and 6 year old stayed here for 2 weeks. Arrived 3.30am only to be told there were no rooms for us and Bora (manager) took us to another hotel to sleep where he then picked us up at 8am. As compensation they gave us the king suite which was very nice although there was NOTHING in the minibar when we arrived and youre lucky to get water in it. Breakfast = boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, peppers and an abundance of salad. Lunch and dinner consist of 5 hot trays one of which is rice, one of which is soup, one is potatoes, one is vegetable and one is meat/fish and an abundance of salads. In the two weeks there were chips twice (thank god for small mercies) snack is 2 plates of biscuits so you have to be quick! Pool and slide are good, childrens playpark is pathetic, there are no darts, shop never opened once, lobby bar never open, relax bar never open, you have to pay for pool table, gym is closed, no tennis courts, no kids club, no football, no internet cafe. There are 22 sunloungers at the poolside but only 11 mattresses and only 11 umbrellas. Garden is horrible. Our room had a view of a petrol station. Staff are very pleasant and work hard, place is clean but there is no way this is a 3 star establishment.

  Nice Hotel

  We stayed here for one evening when we, along with a group of friends, visited the ballet at Asspendos The hotel was really smart, rooms good and there was a health centre The staff were really pleasant and helpful We stayed all inclusive and the food for the lunch, dinner and breakfast was plentiful and very good value. Although there was a pool, would not recommend it for a family holiday, but there was a free bus to the beach which was 3km away. Would probably suit golfers It was about 250km away from a really large shopping centre which had a good range of goods, from the touristy to the more up market All in all a good place to stay for a day or two

  Probably the worst hotel in Turkey

  I spent 5 nights at the Ceres Hotel in Belek while attending a conference in Belek. It was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I am in the tourism industry in Africa, so have seen some dodgy hotels in my time. Here's what happened: 1. Despite having booked online using a credit card, (through Booking.com) they refused to take a credit card payment or written authorization. They told me to go to an ATM and draw cash. They then gave me a dreadful exchange rate on the quoted Euro price. 2. There was no hot water for my entire stay, despite it being winter. 3. My room was not made up for two days and nights, and complaints were met with an indifferent shrug. 4. My package included breakfast, but on the third day the dining room was locked. When I enquired about breakfast, I was told "there is no breakfast, the hotel is closed!" How can you close a hotel that has guests in it? 5. The only advantage of them locking the dining room is that the food was virtually inedible. Breakfast consisted of (among other things) ,dessicated brick hard polony curling at the edges. 5. On the final morning when I went to check out and lodge a complaint, I found a completely new manager at reception. Apparently the hotel had changed hands during my stay! No wonder they wanted cash! When I complained about the shocking service, he told me it had nothing to do with him, as he had just taken over the hotel, and I should have complained to the previous owners. 6. the airconditiong and heating didn't work. 7. There were no top sheets or duvets on the bed, just a rough blanket over an undersheet, both torn and dirty. 8. The grounds of the hotel were filled with litter and plastic packets. No attempt was ever made to clean these up. All in all, a horror experience!

  Excellent kind staff, spacious hotel with beautiful pool

  Well, its my first time in Turkey and had a very long trip. Picked up a car at the Anatalya airport and drove to the Ceres Hotel. Excellent welcome and kind manager and boss who helped me settle in. Beautiful clean pool and spacious clean rooms. Nice clean presentation of breakfast and a great Turkish coffee.

  Super hollyday

  Nice place for a holiday. Excellent kind staff, a spacious hotel with a beautiful pool, good service, rooms good and there was a health center. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. Beautiful clean pool and spacious clean rooms. Nice presentation of breakfast and a great Turkish coffee.
