  Great Stay

  Very reasonable pricing for what you get, nice rooms, great staff, eat, drink, gamble and sleep. Everything you need under 1 roof. And very convienent when attending shows at the casino, well deffently be coming back

  great hotel with casino

  The rooms were very modern and clean. Service was great, and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the queen room, and there was a great tv, and no weird hotel smell lol. It was so convenient to have the casino right in the hotel. We will definitely stay again.

  Wifi didn't work in the room

  Pretty important detail especially for myself. Called down but instead of being told it was a known problem, which I've deduced by reading reviews on other sites, they blamed my computer instead of something on their end. I've traveled all over Canada & the US with this same computer & never had any problem connecting to Wif so don't tell me it's my computer. It's most likely your modem malfunctioning & overheating which is something that happened in my own house. Was asked if I wanted to open a "work order" to look into it but i'm only there for the night & it won't be fixed before I turn in for the night so why would I care at that point? Maybe start the WO yourself since you know it's a problem. Had a 3rd floor room facing Fort Road & had a few sirens during the night but nothing too serious. Not sure if rooms facing the other way would be better considering the subway system is right there. Won money in the casino, so that part was good.

  Hockey Weekend in the Big City

  We booked Century Casino and Hotel due to its close proximity to the LRT station and ease of getting to and from downtown for a hockey game. The location was very convenient and worked well! The room itself was nothing special, clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Views were not existent, but that's fine. The thermostat seemed to not affect the baseboard heating system in the room and caused the room to be too hot for sleeping most of the night, this was the main issue we had with the room. Instead of room service the hotel offers take away from the casino's kitchen which was both reasonably priced and of acceptable quality. I would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a hotel with easy access to downtown without paying crazy downtown hotel prices.

  Stay elsewhere trust me

  Well I got a suite for my birthday - the heat was stuck on. The place is rundown and the staff are unprofessional. It is sad that their equipment fails and they still make the customor pay the full shot. No discount, but a free $9 breakfast? No thanks.
