    Team of friends having fun

7 days of New Year festivities in nice surroundings and services. Rooms are a bit moderate but all essentials are there and the kitchen and bar are very enjoyable as the sauna/pool department. The front desk helped in every issues I needed assistance.

    A decent cheap hotel

We stayed here for one night on a road trip. The hotel wasn't in the best shape but we got what we needed - a bed and a shower. The room had an air conditioner which was definitely a plus! For the price we paid (£27) we were very happy. Cons: - Shower pressure wasn't the best and we ran out of soap. - Staff didn't speak much English so customer service wasn't the best. - No bin in the room.

Serious lacking service: wake up call not possible

Missing a connection in Warsaw LOT sent me to this hotel along with two other passengers. The one passenger had lost his mobile phone in Russia and therefore was worried he might not wake up naturally without an alarm clock at 5:30 - understandably - however the hotel refused to help. They said as they did not have phones in the room a wake up call was not possible. A knock on the door was also not possible it was emphasised as "there will be no one in reception then if I leave". However the next morning, there were actually two on reception. Bit this was not the worst. As I tried to help this passenger explaining his predicament, the receptionist suggested that I should help him! How can they ask their guest to help another guest as a solution when you can quite easily buy a supply of small alarm clocks. It is sometimes the case people forget their chargers or the charger is in the suitcase that was in the connecting flights as was the case for me. For a hotel that calls itself a conference centre I find this basic lack of service worse. Business eople do sometimes need wake up calls even in the age where people rely on mobile phones. By the way the hotel itself looked a bit like a grey box from the outside, the bed which was a single bed seemed narrower than normally. The curtains in the room are of the light textile ones that do not block out light hence I was awoken around 4.30 am.

All hope of having a dignified rest during your travels die here.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone who loves being treated poorly, do not like higiene, enjoys other people underwear, broken furniture, and the looming feeling that at any moment your bed or any other thing you touch might brake into pieces. We were traveling through Poland and stopped over to rest at this hotel for the night, got 2 rooms, The first room had a backed up sink, and the bowl filled up with dirty water which took around 20+ minutes to even go down. The shower door just fell out on touch, the water kettle required a degree in electrical engineering to disassemble it and carry to the closest power outlet (Which of course is almost ripped out of the wall) in hopes that you will not get electrocuted to heat it up, The AC would turn on true, but the screen and apparently any buttons do not work it just lets out a terrible loud noise. The room was badly ventilated to say the least. Second room had a working AC, I surely can compliment on that regard, but as well it had a nice surprise of someone else's dirty underwear just left there to stink up the room. Both room furnitures were banged up and felt like bought at a thrift store from a lovely old 95 year lady, no soap/shampoo were in any of the dispensers in the toilet/Shower for both rooms, the toilet seat was apparently an extra option we think or we had to assemble it ourselves which was just ripped out of the toilet seat. Judging from the left over underwear we do not think even the bed sheets were cleaned or changed before our arrival. We picked this specific hotel because we wanted to try the hot tub before leaving as a way to relax on our last day of the trip, which this Hotel proudly advertised, it was broken and non functional, seemed like for weeks. Breakfast costs 9 euros per person, which is a huge amount for breakfast in any non luxury hotel, we decided to check out the offerings before committing to pay that sum, stale bread and some boiled eggs with sausages, we spent 20 euros for 4 people at KFC and were stuffed that morning, appaling sum for absolutely nothing. The reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful, the hotel advertises English friendly staff, but they had to use Google translate for every sentence they wanted to tell us. We requested a discount because of the numerous issues which is really a very poor standard for a hotel and brought us issues as guests, we were refused to talk/meet the manager, numerous times the reception lady just started ignoring us and started doing other jobs and talking to other guests prolonging our stay and our discomfort with the whole situation, after over 30 minutes of talking we were offered a 9 euro discount. Which was more than an insult to us. We wanted to pay because we did sleep there and we did use some water in the showers so we owed that at least, but the amount off was very insulting, ultimately we just decided to pay and leave as we did not want to waste any more of our personal time. Then we were told that if we want to pay by card we will not get any discounts, and we must pay cash. All we had on hand were 50 euros which she finally decided to take. Such was our journey in this fabulous, awful, god forsaken hotel, do not go there.

    Basic but decent

The place a bit off the beaten track, so the silence is definitely an added value. It's definitely a conference centre rather than hotel (as the name says) and the rooms decor is rather modest, but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast adequate for the room: limited choice of options, but enough and generally OK. If you think about alternative options for accommodation in this area and the price you have to pay for this one, the final verdict must be: very good.
