  Nice and clean

  Just went to Hamburg to see the christmas parades and the hotel is so near by the shoppingstreets where everything is going on. The receptionists are very nice and the room was big, we stayed 3 adults in the same room. No problem. Everything was clean and we had a nice view to the trainstation. Althought staying so close to this huge trainstation there is no noice in the rooms. Breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold dishes. We will definately go back next year in december.   Totally worn down

  We stayed at this place in august 2014 and we will never go back. Small rooms with furniture that have seen better days.Dirty wall to wall carpet, that should have been changed years ago. Others has complained about the noise from the street, but that's normal for the location. Bathroom ok clean, the whole place just need a total make over. One electrical socket in the room and that was for the TV. The Wifi is a joke, and doesn't work in the rooms, you need to go out of the room. Well, i guess we could have figured this out, Hamburg was almost sold out this weekend, and this was available...

  Crap Hotel

  Would not recommend this hotel Central location but many problems. Backs on to noisy backpackers. Front desk not very helpful to English speaking guest. Radio has constant rattle. Impossible to get any sleep due to constant noise. Find another hotel!

  Wouldn't recommend

  I stayed here for one night, in a single room, as part of a stag party. The single room was just so basic - a bed, if you could call it that, and a shower that barely worked. Thankfully I was in the room for a couple of hours to put the head down, and the few drinks helped me sleep. The toilet was located across the hall. Nonsense in this day and age. The hotel itself is located across from the Hauptbahnhof, the main train station, and thats about all it has going for it I'm afraid. Friends stayed here and enquired about the so-called Steam Room to use as recovery after the night out, but they were told it was closed, but they got the impression it didn't exist. It suited me fine for the couple of hours I was there, but if going again, I certainly would look elsewhere!

  Christmas market visit

  Great hotel in great location situated outside the train station. Great place for a lot of walking. Hotel boutique, it is basic hotel with a great comfortable king size beds or queen. It was large anyway. However one pillow each no spare in the cupboards. Great clean space and quite hotel. Neighbours banged out wall just after 10pm. Heard them leave room assuming to complain but we had no problem and where not warmed we googled Hamburg has noice limit at 10pm night. We where one hour ahead in Germany and seemed odd for next door to moan at a reasonable time
