  The best place in Marienbad

  This is the best place in Marienbad. With a wonderful, friendly , very qualified staff and excellent resident management. Very comfortable, silence and cleaning apartments. I recommend this hotel to all guests,who plan 14-28 mineral water course Dorit Zaslawski

  Expect to get angry...

  I would first like to say that there are a few people who try their best to provide the best service they can and they succeed. But of course there are others that ruin everything... The first problem we had was that we had to walk what felt like miles to go to treatment, then back to our room, and then back to the restaurant (we were asked to wear jeans for the dress code of the restaurant IN A SPA HOTEL...) , and then if you wanted to go to the spa again to the room and change ... all of these places were in different buildings so we spent our first 2 days rushing to places before they were closed and each journey to a different building includes a minimum of 2 elevators and 2 long corridors... Finally we moved our room where they can arrange everything to be in one building but then we had the unhappy personnel that looked like being forced to work in this hotel and Nove Lazne too. Long story short after waiting like an hour at an empty SPA reception desk for this woman to come to her work I was sent to another place by her in a very rude way. And then the organizational problems they had made me wait even longer which I dont mind - things happen. BUT the woman at the SPA reception desk, Martina Dvorakovas behaviour is inexcusable. A couple of more people like this in both hotels, Centralni Lazne and Nove Lazne, ruined our stay... luckily you have those who attend these problems with a smile but at the end of the day I was looking forward to the day I leave and count this as an experience to remember to make a deeper research about my next holiday. Although you might be lucky enough to have a quite relaxing stay if you are not expecting much, our stay at these places has been a challenge of stress control in exchange for payment for stress relief.

  Very Nice Stay in Centralni Lazne

  We stayed in Centralni Lazne for four nights when visiting Marianske Lazne in June. The hotel was easy to find and check in was smooth. The room we got was spacious and all was spotless clean. We enjoyed swimming in the pool of Hotel Hvezda and roman bath and saunas in Nove Lazne. All resorts are connected through corridors which is very convenient. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Service we received from all staff, from the front desk to the maids, was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

  Wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful place

  The hotel(s) are super clean, beautiful, I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff are great (although some basic English would help). The decor is beautiful, there are many facilities, so none of them are ever too crowded. My room was in Maria Spa and it was impeccable. I love that I use my card to explore from one hotel to the other and the location across from the Kolonade is perfect. This was my second visit and I'm definitely going back.

  Where Wellness and Hospitality Goes Hand in Hand

  This is undoubtedly a hotel destination one wish to take when you are in need of professional wellness, spring water, and good accommodation. We got a wonderful spacious room overlooking the park with a balcony. The hotel is interconnected with three other hotels managed by the same hotel chain, giving one the opportunity to get the maximum use of the spas, saunas, health mineral waters direct from the subterranean sources, treatments, pools, other bars, and restaurants. We got high-quality treatments, as well as professional executed. We are booked on H/B basis. The restaurant is fine, but the food on offer both buffet style for breakfast and dinner is not that impressive. They are more local and German orientated, with heavy dishes and limited choice. We guess this is because most of the guests are either from the Czech Republic, surrounding countries or from Germany. This is definitely an area to improve and think of more healthy foods to include. On a final note, overall we had a great experience, but some of the staff have to understand, that guests are guests and staff are staff, where courtesies and friendliness can improve.
