  Good size unit

  Unit was in a good location and was a great size. The only problem was it was dirty and had cobwebs everywhere. The information in the black folder was from 2014. So none of it was helpful or relevant.

  Awesome Self Contained Apartments

  Shepparton is not usually a place that we would visit but found our team of basketball girls travelling there for the recent Australian Club Championships. Our visit was for eight nights and I could not fault one thing with our accommodation. The apartments were located in a good location (easy access to Coles and restaurants) and opposite a lovely lake which was great for children. Glenda was very easy to get along with and went above and beyond accommodating our requests. I have never experienced an Accommodation Manager with such an amazing attitude to guests. I have to say that this has been the best accommodation that we have stayed at when travelling with our sporting team. I can highly recommend Central Shepparton Apartments to either the single traveller, families or sporting groups whether it be for one night or several.

  Should have been great if only they had listened to previous reviews

  With probably the best view in Shepparton overlooking the lake, a wonderful floor plan with an en-suite in each of the bedrooms plus a downstairs toilet, comfortable beds with a linen service providing great bed linen and towels and well equipped with air-conditioning, washer, dryer, iron, dishwasher etc etc, why oh why have they not hired professional cleaners? Reading back over previous comments the theme of disappointment with the dirty state of the apartment comes up again and again. The kitchen cupboards, especially the one above the stove are sticky to the touch with grease. Utensils set out beside the stove, the microwave and even utensils in the drawers were covered with grease. All the mirrors, the ones on the bedroom closets and in each of the bathrooms were smeared, as if they had been wiped over with a damp rag and numerous fingerprints from previous occupants covered the surfaces.The black mould in the master shower recess was repugnant. The water leaking from the upstairs shower and dangerously entering the kitchen through the downlight had been complained about repeatedly for months and months and allegedly a succession of plumbers had fixed the problem.

  Wont come back

  We were in Shepparton for 3 nights and stayed here as we have family in Shep. The rooms were very dirty, old and smelly. Our air con leaked down the side of our wall where our bedhead was. Therefore, we had all water marks on our walls. We also kept hearing creepy noises in the middle of the night that wouldnt let us go back to sleep.. This apartment was very expensive and not worth it.

  Fantastic stay in an apartment with very clean and great size rooms. Great location with ease of parking and easy access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants.Fantastic walking tracks, I have already rebooked my next stay
