  un hotel encantador!

  Semana santa en ischia ha sido toda una revelación! El Central Park está perfectamente ubicado entre el puerto y el casco antiguo de ischia perfecto para quien ama pasear. Hotel pequeño y muy acogedor con un servicio familiar y una comida excelente. Un trato y una profesionalidad maravillosa a partir del director Mimmo al jefe de comedor Franco y todos los demas. Recomandamos ciegamente pasar por este hotel y disfrutar como nosotros de esta magnifica isla.

  Lovely Honeymoon stay

  We stay on Ischia at the Central Park Hotel Terme for 3 days and had a great time, the spa and rooms were lovely. The Spa itself could do with a little T.LC as you can see in places it has been heavily used and is a little run down but still provides some great facilities. The gym however is in bad new of some working machines. The hotel itself provided a great breakfast and is well placed, it is approx. 10min walk from the main strip and you can walk to almost everywhere within 15min. The staff were lovely and we would definitely go back to this hotel

  Wonderful location, staff and facilities.

  The hotel is just a 10-15 minute stroll to the Port. The pool is fabulous with plenty of sunbeds (some with umbrellas) and towels can be hired for 2 per day. There's an indoor spa for residents also, great if the weather lets you down. The food at the pool bar was first class. Try the Zingara sandwich, an Ischian speciality and delicious. Have it with a glass of Ischian white wine. The pasta was the best I ate in Italy, my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Staff were fabulous, Maurizio who managed the bar was full of chat, so friendly and had some wonderful recommendations for things to do on the Island. The staff at reception were very helpful. Room was ample (we booked economy so no balcony), if you can afford to upgrade, a standard will give you a balcony. Could not fault anything about this hotel, wonderful location, facilities and staff. Will definitely return.

  Lovely Hotel

  This hotel is a hidden oasis right in the heart of Ischia Porto. We had an issue with our room when we checked in but once it was pointed out to the reception staff we were upgraded to a fabulous room. Everything from the position of the hotel , the staff, the amenities and food was excellent. Will definitely be returning next year.

  Disappointing for a 4* hotel

  Upon arrival at the hotel it appears that you are entering a little oasis. Set back from the main road and a short taxi ride from the port, although it is walkable in about 15 to 20 minutes, we were pleasantly delighted. The room we were allocated was on the 2nd floor, nice bedroom with a large balcony. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom and good space. The breakfast the next morning should have been a buffet but due to COVID it had been changed to a 'tick choice' from the list the staff provided. All fine and very hot coffee. Unfortunately it was after this that the hotel showed that it really was not a 4* hotel. Whilst in Ischia we experienced very mixed weather, strong winds and heavy rain that lasted about an hour before returning to sun and sunbathing weather. We waited for about an hour after one of these storms had passed before returning to the pool area to relax. Only to find the whole area covered in debris. No staff were cleaning the pool or the surrounding area and upon speaking to the manager to highlight this we were informed that he did not have the staff and instead if getting someone to clean it he would close the pool. All this time the pool bar staff were just standing around doing nothing. We decided to look at other hotels and see if they too had the same issues. Whilst looking we experienced another torrential storm and took cover for 15 minutes. Once passed we continue to inspect the hotel Floridiana. Where we saw a totally different attitude. The pool staff were out hovering the pool. Pool area was being swept and loungers cleaned, exactly what you would expect of a 4* hotel. We tried to inform the manager of the difference in standards between the Central Park and the Floridiana. He was unavailable/declined to come to reception to talk to us. We decided to change hotels and checked out. Best decision we could have made. In short, the hotel Central Park showed great promise but was a let down for a 4 * hotel. There are better 4* hotels nearby that take pride in their facilities.
