NO IR.

Disgusting hotelThis was a horrible experience. I dont understand how this is a 3 star hotel. We were on the fifth floor and the elevator didnt work. There is only 1 child cot for the whole hotel, this is not acceptable for a hotel which claims to be child-friendly. Our 2 year old had to sleep in the same bed as us, despite we asked to have a child cot when we made the booking. Booking.com called us at 10 AM what time exactly we would arrive, as the owner of the hotel wanted to know this. When we said 'afternoon', this was not accepted. This is really unprofessional when you claim to have a 24 hour reception. Let people decide when they arrive or put the reception opening hours before a certain time. The hotel was extremely dirty. The carpet on the floors and hallway had holes in it. There was no toilet paper so we had to pick it up at the reception, there was still food from the previous occupant in the room despite we arrived at 5PM. In general the rooms didnt get cleaned between the guests. The towels had still hair in them and they on top had holes... This place shouldnt have 3 stars as it was the quality of a cheap hostel. It was on top very expensive for the quality we had.

Terrible. TO AVOID!This hotel is TO AVOID. The room is NOT CLEAN. Everything is broken (elevator included). It is not possible to pay using credit card (only cash). The staff is not professional. To force guests to leave the room key when going out, they lock the main door of the building. A member of the staff is supposed to be there anytime, but this is not true: I needed to go out and nobody was there, so I had to wait 20 minutes before I could leave. When I booked it, I did not have time and I did not pay attention to previous reviews, but it was a BIG mistake: please, select another hotel!

Dont go thereWorst experience ever. Really expensive for what you get. Defenitely not a 3 star hotel. The host Pascal locks the door when he leaves the hotel. So you got locked in or you cant come in whenever you want. We had to give our ID and he didnt want to return it, so we called the police to force him to get our ID back. He uses his co-workers as slaves. The person who stays there at night had to watch the children of the owner in the lobby. I really feel sorry for his employees because its a strange situation over there. No clean towels, the towel in the bathroom of our room was used, no toiletpaper, airco didnt work. We booked for 3 nights but we left after the first night. This hotel shouldnt be open. Its dirty, expensive and the owner is really lazy and only cares about money.
