  Want to stay in the best motel in Bendigo?

  Lots to love about the Central Deborah Motel: Really enjoyed the large, spacious, meticulously clean and recently updated room. Book direct and get great deals and service. A great location with an easy stroll to all manner of eateries, nightlife, services and tourist attractions. The biggest positive is the staff - who treat you like friends not customers. I was greeted with a smile and chat by Sara, the feel good vibe added to by Mark's clear desire for all who stay to enjoy the experience. A big pat on the back for the CD team - stay there, you'll love it!!

  Great location and great value

  This is only a short walk into the city, plus the tram is right next door, if you want to take the tour. There is a Woolworths only a few minutes down the road, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, fast food joints in short walking distances. Having parking was great. The staff were friendly and whilst the place is clearly old, they have made an effort to make the furnishings in the room modern. We had a room on the main road, and I found the noise levels reasonable but my husband found it too noisy, so if this might be an issue, ask for one of the side rooms. It's a budget motel, with a need of modernising, but it is clean, comfortable and great value. I'd happily stay here again.

  Great Motel and Helpful Staff

  Mark from the motel was most helpful with tips for dinner and breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and well laid out. Our friends stayed in nos 11 and found that too much light from the road entered the room. Maybe block out blinds could be installed.

  Excellent hotel

  We stayed at this hotel last night. Great hotel close to everything. The owners and Sara were very helpful in recommending things to see and places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed

  Central Modern Hotel

  Forget Everything you think about Motel's, as Central Deborah is setting a new standard. Looks can sometimes be deceiving and Central Deborah Hotel in Bendigo proved to be the case. Location of the Motel is brilliant, park your car for the weekend and stroll into Central Bendigo! The Motel shares a boundary with the Central Deborah Gold Mine for those wanting to visit the historic mine. At night you are treated to the pictursque silent historic mine beautifully light up. The motel is only a 5 minute walk into town, which is perfect amount of time to stretch your legs for after dinner meal. My travelling companion (who's a runner) remarked it's only 5 minutes to the botanical gardens which is ideal. The real highlight of the stay was the tastefully redecorated Room 16 we stayed in. What a relaxing room, the decor was tastefully presented. The bed you didn't want to leave. A shower is normally a deal braker, however Central Deborah double shower in room 16 is easily one of best motel/hotel showers I've ever had and was surprisinglya highlight. Don't let the main road fool you, our room was extremely quite and couldn't hear any road noise. If your going to Bendigo do yourself a favour and book in, the staff are as wonderful as the establishment.
