  I live in my tent travelling Australia. I have been to many caravan parks from SE Qld to North Queensland over the gulf up to Darwin. I am now here at central and very happy to be here. I originally stayed here in November and thought I need to think about the upcoming Christmas holidays. I decided to come back to central. It is well run by happy, diligent, helpful staff. Its position near the Swan River which has great walkways/bicycle paths and I have used them to go as far as Kings Park. It is a short walk to public transport which will take you into the city and beyond. I used the staff to organise for myself a trip to Rottnest Island. Many people at the park come here from other parts of WA to holiday in their capital. There is also a number of people here from all parts of the World as the park is close to the airport and they use the Caravan Park as a starting/finishing point to their exploration of WA and beyond. I was talking to a man from Lancashire England who was heading to central Australia. He likes the heat. With the bush fires around I wish him luck. Talking about luck Central is a safe place to wait out the bushfires. Sites are tight as you would expect being close to Perth. Facilities are adequate without being great. All in all I highly recommend the park to all travellers.

  Great place to stay!

  This is a great caravan park to stay at! Nice grassy sites, clean amenities, friendly helpful staff and nice and quiet. Good location, not to far to go if you have to drive into Perth. I can highly recommend staying here!

  Nice spacious cabin. Given at a moments notice. Nick was more than helpful as was the NZ lady and Carol, at reception. The cabin was clean, bedding like new. The location is quiet, peaceful and close to amenities. Would recommend to local, interstate and overseas visitors. The staff cater for all your needs. All 'fur babies' are very welcome.   Overnight stay - perfect for campervan drop off & airport

  We stayed here as We were dropping our campervan at the hire place early the next morning and then onto the airport. Both were very close to the campsite which was ideal and it seemed the majority of travellers were doing just that . This campsite is perfect for an overnight stay but you wouldnt want to stay any longer than that . Its not the prettiest ! It does have Very clean amenities, good camp kitchen , small , clean pool. We grabbed an Uber into Northbridge for dinner which was approx $22 and was fabulous, so much choice and very easy .

  Great location, friendly, helpful management!

  My husband and I along with our dog stayed at this caravan park for nearly 3 months. The park is so central - being very close to the airport, Ascot racecourse, the casino and Optus stadium and the city is not too far away either. The proximity to the Swan River, with all the beautiful walks and parklands was so good for doggy walks! The management team of Jim and Carol were so friendly and helpful for our entire stay. I have and will continue to recommend this caravan park to all travelers.
