  It is really centeral

  The location of this hotel is perfect in the center of Bursa. There is a huge outlet mall in front of it. i believe its name is Kent Medani. Also, the streets which surround it are full of shops and restaurants. Rooms are not spacious. Yet, it was okay for a short stay.

  Una buena opción en bursa

  Buena localización con fácil salida y con garaje propio. habitaciones espaciosas. Como pega quizás la atención del personal y el desayuno bastante básico. En temporada baja 2016 50euros noche una doble .

  Serene stay

  It is not the most modern hotel; on the contrary its pretty classic. But that did not matter at all. The rooms are big and cozy , big bathrooms also. It is really quite despite the fact that its location is in the city center. Across the street is a huge mall which was very convenient. Overall great hotel and service too.

  Complaint handled badly

  I stayed with a work collegue for 4 nights last week on a business trip, we stayed for 3 nights and checked out to later realize our work required us to stay another night so we went back to the hotel later that day to re-check in. There was availability but not for the room we had already stayed in. We were advised the room was smaller which we accepted. The window of the room lead directly on to a garden terrace so I asked about noise levels as we needed a good nights sleep for an early start for work next morning. We were advise the terrace was closed at 11 pm so we were guaranteed there would be no noise. Later that evening we went to bed, there were people sitting outside talking. We tired to sleep, the room was very hot so I tried to turn on the AC, it didn't work so I called reception and they said they would 'turn it on".When the AC came on, as the room was small , the vent was blowing cold air directly onto my bed & my face which was dangerous. I also mentioned the constant chat from the terrace so they advised they would close the terrace. It continued until 02.00 so I phoned reception again, finally the guests left the terrace at 02.20. Later I turned off the AC but when the room got too hot when I tried to turn it on again, it didn't work. Again I had to call reception to turn it on. This continued the next morning which was very annoying and not satisfactory as it was 37' temp. I had to call 5 times just to turn on the AC. The hotel is average, decor is old fashioned but very clean and until the last night we were happy with our stay, mostly because it is central and a suitable location for our business meetings and the staff were very friendly. On check out I raised the issues from the night before, stating I hadn't slept until 3 am due to the noise & AC. The reception told me, there was nothing he could do. I advised them, if there was a problem with the room it should not be sold or guest should be advised of the on-going noise and the ac issue. As the receptionist was not helpful or interested. I asked for the manager to be advised he was the manager. Basically, I was told there was nothing that could be done...Full Stop. After a heated conversation, the manager said there was nothing wrong with the AC and my complaint was just about getting a discount. I was furious, upset and really tired and appalled with his customer service. Finally, I handed over my visa card to make payment as we had a meeting to get to, feeling hard done by and badly treated. After mentioning I would highlight this situation here and would not return to the hotel, he made a small discount with an angry attitude. I would not return to the Central Hotel as there are many other hotels to choose from in the Bursa area. My main complaint is the Room 111 is not suitable for rental unless guests are made aware of the issues and, the treatment by the manager was appalling. He was unprofessional, uninterested & lacks and customer service.

  Exellent Hotel

  Im staying in this hotel every time when Im traveling to Bursa since 2004. The hotel is excellent, very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff and speaking english. Also the value is ok. Location is very nice in the city centar, close to Kent shopping centre, city bazar and etc... I recommend to every one who are plan to travel in Bursa.
