  Excelente. .. como en casa

  Estuve alojada desde el 6 de Marzo hasta el 13 de marzo en el apartamento 2004... Excelente muy agradable... el apartamento tiene de todooooo... pero cuando digo todo es realmente todo.... y de excelente calidad. .. la vista hermosa, y el servicio de rentar las películas es excelente... realmente pars descanso y disfrute.... todo muy limpio, la chica de la recepción encantadora y el chico que se encarga de las sillas excelente... Todo perfecto hasta pudimos ver delfines... vale la pena

  Last minute plans...great complex, steps from the sand

  We were originally scheduled to visit Orange Beach but had to quickly regroup after Hurricane Sally. I found this resort on VRBO and it met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Pros... Its on the quieter West end of PCB and was the last high rise before houses. Extra bunk room great for kids 2 large pools and 2 hot tubs 3 elevators that were in good working order and kept up with 23 floor complex. Paid ice machine on pool level - very convenient Large balconies with great views Literally steps away from beach fro. Elevator on the ground level - no long boardwalk or steps. Pro and Con Parking garage is on the opposite side of the street, but it has a covered and air conditioned bridge on the 2nd level. So, unpacking and packing can take a little longer. Cons Pool on beach side is not heated - pretty chilly in October for fall break. Large 23-floor complex makes for 3-4 rows of beach chairs We were happy with the size, cleanliness and decor of our unit on the 6th floor.

  Stunning View BUT accommodation less than expected

  17757 Front Beach Rd Unit 1901. This trip was to take my sister out of town for her 1st year wedding anniversary after the death of her husband. Arrived on Thursday left on Sunday. Total $840. Thursday afternoon night, the condo was HOT. TEMP 78. Then slowly it began to drop. It finally stopped to 72 by morning. During the day on Friday it kept rising. It seem like no air was flowing. Text the number for help. Sent maintenance out. AC fan is broken. Will not have a new one until Monday. Offered fans. We accepted the fans. Now instead of hearing the waves, we hear nothing but loud buzzing fans!!!! Very hot during the day. Only until about 12ishAM does it become bearable. When getting dressed after shower, basically feel like you need another one. Have to keep the curtains pulled during the day to keep down on heat. The photos on the Airbnb site are not as the condo looks. 1. Living room photo verses what we walked into: No greenery No highrise entertainment center No end tables with lamps No red placemats Stove is outdated and stained with rust 2. Bedroom 2 off kitchen/dining room: 1. TV is sitting on small end table that sits lower than bed. No way to watch TV lying down. 2. The bed is very lumpy and you roll down hill towards bathroom side of room. 3. Lamp has a shortage because it won't turn on unless you wiggle the switch. 3. Bedroom off the hallway: 1. Has an odor coming from the bathroom. Can't identify it. 4. The master room was as expected. Kitchen area: 1. The coffee cups had brown caked in food/liquid. Had to wash about 5 like that. 2. Stove is old and rusted on bottom. Stovetop is stained up. They wanted to reimburse us $120 for the inconveniences of being hot for 3 days and 4 nights!! DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!!!   Awesome

  This is a great building, neat sky walk as you enter, one of the pools are heated they have two total, they have two hot tubs, a awesome fitness center and great units!! We enjoyed our stay, there is tons of cameras that security watch for your safety during our stay we didnt really see security roaming to make sure to show a presence and check on everything though. Otherwise everything was great! I would definitely stay here again.

  It's a great place

  The Facilities are useful and cleaning goes on regularly - the landing and skywalk always smell fresh. Love being able to use the pool and hot tub and have a covered garage! The beach is lovely for sure!
