  Looks like 1985 if you like dated this is for you

  Arrived late in Leeds and needed a hotel for the night. Booked online and what a disappointment when we arrived. Wasnt cheap, the car park, you have to pay extra!!! It will be quicker to tell you what is good at this hotel, here goes NOTHING. Breakfast is £10 per person, we gave this a miss. There are lots of better hotels so dont waste your time.

  Average. Expensive. Don't Get Caught Out by Car Park Policy

  Ok hotel for a short stay or meeting but car park policy in conjunction with Parking Eye is terrible. They charge £100 for going over the short free time (yes £100). It's a policy sanctioned by the hotel even though they say its nothing to do with them. If you have to stay in the area or have a meeting, choose another hotel in the area - there are plenty.

  Spent two days there for husbands birthday room lovely we were on second floor and had decent views staff were really friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Next morning at breakfast there was no bowls no eggs no milk and as quick as the staff brought food out it was snatched up, my husband actually watched a customer sniffing plates, they had loads of people coming in one told my husband he was there for a month till they found him some where I did complain but dont think I was taken seriously would never go back and most of the people who were there when we was agreed they would not be going back

  Relaxing break

  Stayed at the Cedar Court Wakefield for a night for wife's birthday had an excellent night was made to feel very welcome and the staff were very especially Laura. The meal we had was of top notch quality and cooked to perfection.

  Good customer service

  Received great customer service from staff member shaun guest who resolved an issue to our satisfaction This was in lockdown so made his task more difficult to arrange, thanks (This site do not make it easy leaving reviews, 3rd attempted review)
