  No WATER and OWNER did NOT care!

  Our 1st 3days was hell for there's LACK of customers service from the get go. We were given 1 towel and 1 blanket for a 3 people room stay.common bathrooms were pleasant at first but later in the night there wasn't water and the bathrooms were nasty including the sink.the watchers anthony, who hides playing on the laptop, and joan didn't seem to bother to care to maintain cleanliness at night for the guests' common toilet and bath rooms.just nasty! Then sunday night when my family came back the guesthouse we found out the water pump broke and we had no water even to brush our teeth. They fetched us some water but not enough to clean up our bods. Aint their fault that it's broken but the following day we had to use water to shower for we're headed out for early activities at moalboal and supposed to be also to kawasan falls. This Anthony gave me half pail of water that he poured from the mineral container that they sell in the house and told me conserve water for there's no more left! Hooowaaat??? How could my whole family poop, clean up and brush teeth with only half a full pail of water? This made me very upset for i know they can fetch water from downstairs but this Anthony would rather hide and play on the laptop. I asked to speak to the owner but he's just TOO busy to even reply to my text msgS for an apology.so we failed to get to kawasan falls for we arrived very late.following day, anthony improved..and learned that he and joan have worked at this guesthouse for a long time now so hence the laziness..i wouldn't recommend for anyone to stay in this place UNLESS Janice and husband, Maricel or Jonalyn (not sure if i spelled it write) are the front desk people/person. Terrible owner. Terrible service too by this Anthony and joan. But IF you really need to stay in cebu that's near to all and on a budget id come to this BUT id choose who to deal with. Janice and husband, Maricel and jonalyn are the greatest and smartest to deal with.4 of em are very hardworking and easy to talk with.they know what customer service is all about. The owner should give them a raise. 4 of em made my stay worth while.

  Stayed for a night

  Poor service, toilet was clogged and someone forgot to flush it. Who in their right mind would not flush the toilet? Front desk doesn't seem to care. Trash bags were placed on the stairs and you can really see roaches and rats gather around those baga not to mention the awful smell.

  So bad

  Even private rooms have to share a bathroom with 4 other rooms- A bathroom who's door wouldn't close and is filthy. The only pro is that it is near 24hr establishments in the Fuente Circle- like a 7/11 and the famous Larsian Barbecue.
