  They listened!!

  I stayed here again recently. It was good to see that they took note of my negative comments regarding wifi and it's now good in all areas. Manager very helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was very good. Breakfast also very good - choose what you like from a tick-box style order form

  Exceeds Expectations

  Stayed here before a few years ago and unexpectedly again more recently. Having enjoyed ourselves so much at the pool and then chatting in the hotel lounge we didn't want to drive the 30kms home so hit the bar instead. I didn't think the place could improve from past visits but it was even better. We had to take two rooms as all the family rooms were already taken. They were really clean, homely, well designed and very inviting. This is not like your usual impersonal hotel, the staff and owners are friendly and treat you like family. Obviously we had food there which was excellent as was the breakfast that came with the cost of the room.

  Swimming Nightmare

  Can we the family to spend the day by the pool. Paid 500bht to go to the pool. Not long after the kids had been in the pool they discovered faeces floating in the pool. They were put off playing in the pool so they came out. We notified the staff to this and that would be why we are leaving. No refund or apology given. Disappointed

  Pool green and poo floating in pool, staff never walk around to check on customers

  Always visit here as its the closest swimming pool to where my daughter lives in Thailand. 1st time we go swimming its not like website as pool is green (not blue) and can't see bottom,even in the shallow end. Made my daughter very frightened when swimming. Next time I go I find a big poo in kids pool just floating. So I get out of pool tell staff in Thai and English about the situation and they think I do which was not correct and I just wanted the pool cleaned. No-one wanted to help so I asked for bucket and I cleaned it up myself. Very poor customer service and I don't recommend this place for families as they just don't care about you, they just want your money.

  Run Down Errr.. ?Resort?

  The ONLY reason why I chosen this "resort" was because of "pet friendly'.. i dont see any beach nearby, it is located within the residential.. chalet would be more suitable 1st The Staff Hardly see one, not even near swimming pool. Mostly stay at the inhouse restaurant or reception. 2nd The Pool There are 2xpools with a metal slides which cannot be used during day time due to hot sun, water is blue color and clean, my son do enjoy the swim. 3rd The Room Small but good enough for couples or with 1 child, the main entrance which is the balcony's sliding door opens to the room, ours is a Queen size bed. Bed is reasonable clean and consider comfotable. But air-conditioning is DIRTY and low power, at 20 degree, room still warm! 4th The Toilet Super small, only One person can go in. Standing shower. Our toilet cannot be closed, lock is spoilt. 5th The Cleanliness Overall, i would say this is a chalet standard. I can see ants crawling on the floor. 6th The Restaurant Served decent western and thai cuisine. Service is acceptable but food took sometime to come. Price wise is abit pricy but still ok 7th The Public Yes, the place is open to public, anyone can come and eat at the restaurant or swim with a small fee. Limited parking, no parking at all during day as it was all occupied by the public. Overall Dont expect much from this "resort", glad is only 1 night, will not recommend, unless you dont have a choice. Limited pet friendly hotels or cafes in khon kaen. Also this "resort" is far from city estimate 1h+ away!
