  5 Dias Maravillosos.

  5 Dias Festejando mi Cumple en un Excelente Hotel como es el Side La Grande con todos los servicios de Comedores,Bar,Piscinas y Servicios adicionales. Recomendables de todo CORAZON son un Prestigio en todo sentido de la palabra. Todas las comidas y Desayunos era de calidad y variedades frescos y bien preparados los Felicito.Muchas Gracias.

  Covid Escape

  Going to try to keep this short and sweet.. Young coupe (25years +) travelled from 6th-15th Octoer 2020. We were 3rd on the transfer list, took about an hour to get to here. Please believe the reviews for the food was awful, we are not fussy eaters and omg, it was dreadful, definitely not even fit for a dog to eat. (even the stray animals didn't even want it!) Lived off Honeydew Melons all holiday. Rooms were modern enough and comfy, towels and bedding were changed daily. Drinks: limited - but we mostly drink water anyway, which came in little plastic cartons (200ml). Location: was pretty good, plenty of restuarants nearby (even McDs across the road! Saviour..). A for effort regarding entertaiment. Poolside was nice, pool seemed clean. (You've got to grab and pull your own beds out though.) Beach is a solid 5 minutes walk, didn't bother going there after having a look one day, as it seemed congested and not Covid safe, as people were almost on top of each other. (Also a lot of shading area on the beach if that is what you are after..) Beach towels: you get a card, which you take to the spa (daily if you wish), in all honesty, this is probably to rope you into going to the Spa, as you know how that goes - regarding selling you treatments. Staff: Reception - more like deception.. unhelpful but whatever.. (arrived late, nearly midnight, no one to help, no one even took our suitcases to our rooms, (had to figure that one out ourseleves, room: 2163) or showed us where anything was such as dining area, pool etc) Hotel staff on the other hand (cleaners, food staff etc), really friendly and really put the effort in to make things special for you. Check out is at 12:00 noon. Late check out is 50 Euros until 20:00pm! Wifi is NOT FREE. (we paid 15 euros PER DEVICE for our stay.) I went to Guesst Relations to get a bottle of champange for partner for his birthday, paid 15 Euros for Chardoney.. (they wanted 20 Euros for a 6inch cake, but I didn't go for it.) They did however kindly leave a plate of fruit and a small bottle of red wine in the room of his birthday. A lot of things / areas were closed due to Covid, but nonetheless a 5/10 from us! Definitely worth the stay, but NOT at all a good All Inclusive stay. I'd rather do a Room Only option. Definitely better hotels nearby, would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you can help it.

  Do not stay here

  It is our first night here. We arrived at 10.40 pm had to wait to be seen to at reception. Nobody helped us with our luggage. By the time we got to our room the restaurant was closed. The room is standard quality not what I was expecting for a 5 star hotel. There was entertainment still ongoing outside so extremely noisy. The AC does not work in our room. We can hear people snoring from either side of our room. The telephone to contact reception does not work. It has totally put me off I will never recommend anyone to come to this resort and this is just our first night!

  Do not BOOK!

  Absolutely awful! I am currently at this hotel my stay was for 10 days. First thing is first the night me and my family got here, we had to pay £15 each to get wifi in the hotel bear in mind there was 8 of us. (15x8). On the other hand the receptionist was absolutely rude the lot of them! We are now on our 8th day here the room service staff are so rude and horrible! They clean the rooms within the space of 1 and a half min. My personal experience with one of the cleaners has been awful as she wud throw my belongings in anger cause she had to clean my room?! So this happened almost everydAy, but yesterday she didnt even bother cleaning it I cud not belive the cheek. The staff in the hotel are rude I made numerous complaints the receptionist did not do a thing no matter how they said they wud, they didnt! The hotel is dirt and cluttery the food is horrible even the cats refuse to eat it. They serve left overs from the night before. Its horrible. I didnt think it wud be this bad until Ive come and now Im currently experiencing all this. Cant wait to get out of here... I have not ate from here ever since the second day Im paying money to eat out although everything shud be inclusive . Total flop! Wud NOT RECOMMEND side la grande resort and spa. !

  Poo in the sauna and sickness in the outdoor pool.

  This hotel would not exist in the UK. When we arrived the check-in reception was unpleasant and did not give us any information what so ever (???), First the A/C did not and there there was already poop in the toilet, and hair under the blanket in the bed, and generally unclean. We complained about the first two thing, but it became unpleasant in the reception, so we left a good tip and an instruction to the cleaning lady, which improved the room, but there was still new hair in the room. Food really bad, don't eat there.. We were told by a guest and the lifeguard that we were unable to use the pool as a child had done a poo in the sauna and someone had been sick in the outdoor pool.
