  Super acogedor y calentito, para disfrutar de la Toscana por su situación

  Gran escapada y estancia en la "Casa Ventura" del Castello, tiene de todo así que no llevarse nada. El enclave lindo con todo el encanto del Otoño Toscano. Está a 10-15 minutos en coche de Siena. Andrea os resuelve cualquier duda via Email antes de la llegada, y durante la estancia cualquier cosa que necesiteis sin problema. La casa tiene muchísimo encanto, las habitaciones superbien decoradas, me flipó la colección de proyectiles del baño grande. Chimenea en uno de los dos salones, Camas enormes de estilo antiguo para estirarte a tu gusto. La calefacción calentita calentita, en todos los rincones, da gusto salir de la ducha y estar calentito. Los jardines lindos pero apenas los utiizamos ya que hacía frio pero en verano debe ser una maravilla. Que silencio. Relación estancia-precio muy buena

  Magical castle in the heart of Tuscany!

  A real medieval tower, antique furniture, modern kitchen & bathrooms. We stayed in torre 4 at the top of the Castle & our teenage kids stayed in torre 2 two floor below us. Lovely views. Andrea is v receptive as a host. However, lots of stairs so Best be prepared if you go to the pool area & forget something! There is some building work ongoing nearby in another old building with lots of noise etc during day, a huge crane & scaffolding to walk under unfortunately! But that didn't worry us and still enjoyed our stay! Pool is lovely but area around it & loungers could have had a power hose taken to it. Still v nice overall. Recommend the restaurant in Orgia - v good

  Interesting Place in Secluded Area

  It was really interesting staying in such an old castle. The rooms in the torre are nice. Andrea was also very nice and helpful. I stayed with my husband and two daughters, ages 8 & 10. You do need to realize that the place is in a very remote area. There is one restaurant/shop in the village, but really nothing else. The restaurant is good though. The pool was nice, but I would have preferred a little more landscaped grounds with tables, etc. WiFi worked outside, but not in our room. There wasn't really a place to sit in the area that we could get WiFi. Overall it was a peaceful place.

  Medieval fantasy

  Absolutely stunning place to stay in Tuscany. The castle is situated on the hill upon the little village of Stigliano. My apartment - Casa Ventura - is large, has 2 bathrooms, 3 sleeping rooms wit double beds, living room, kitchen - everything in medieval style. Do not expect luxurious hotel, rather nice and stylish place to spend your vacation. The owners are adorable!

  A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE

  I have a house in Italy and I travel this magical country every year. I like unconventional places, unique and with character and so I have seen extraordinary places during my trips. This is one of them. A door to the past, beautifully decorated and magical. Summer can be merciless here so a swimming pool will be seen as the best thing life can give youn that day and those are reasonably rare, but The Castello has one. Located in a secluded place surrounded by old Palazzos and Florentin buildings it will give you the courage to begin your day of exploration and you will end that day with a fresh, enchanting night, going through that wonderful day you just lived. Under the Castello is a fabulous cafe/restaurant in a similar type of building again full of character and charm. This year will be my fourth visit and thinking about going back there make me feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to come. Bit tricky to find for your GPS, but believe me, getting lost will be a good thing and you will get there anyway. Car and well, GPS, are a must. Close to extraordinary Siena. Go !
