    Modern, clean and set in very relaxing location

    The hotel is modern and spotless, with a butiful decking around the pool. Mr Spiros - the owner - is there every day to make sure that things run smoothly and chats to everyone in case they need anything. The staff are very polite and helpful. The food was good and fresh. The beds very comfortable. The music by the pool - calming and not too loud. But the biggest asset of this hotel, in our opinion, is its surroundings - the butiful olive grove with plenty of garden furniture, where you can relax and unwind, and the closeness to the beach. We came back to London totally chilled out. A big thank you to all at Castelli for making our holiday so pleasant!

    Relaxing holiday

    Booked this hotel to relax and that is exactly what we got First time to Zante and will go back to this lovley hotel.Food was good and drinks were good .All the staff were happy even though it must be hard wearing a face mask all day.And we had a free upgrade to a swim up room for the last few days Thank You to everybody at the Castelli

    Relaxing Holiday

    My husband and I booked a week away here for my big birthday and our wedding anniversary. We just wanted a relaxing week away, of which the Castelli Hotel gave us. All the staff were amazing, Mr Spiros, the owner,is there every day, he greets you, chats to you and even helps out where needed. The hotel upgraded our room to a swim up room, which was amazing, we just chilled on the lounger soaking up the sun. I asked for a cake to be made for our anniversary, it was delicious Given the circumstances we are in the hotel staff were well trained and followed covid measures, there were hand sanitiser stations all around the hotel, all staff/guests had to wear masks inside the hotel you just removed them once seated in the main restaurant or once you were outside it really didn't affect our holiday. We had a fabulous week, thank you Castelli Hotel, we will back to see you.

    Very disappointing

    My friend and I were so excited to stay at this hotel as it was described to eco friends and have locally sourced food. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. Considering the hotel was advertised as an all inclusive and we paid for an all inclusive the food was very poor in taste and quality. Pretty much the same dishes would be served every day which were not typically greek. For example, we would have peaking duck and boiled vegetables. We probably had only 1 night out of 7 where moussaka and gyros was available. For pudding every night was the same shop bought frozen cheesecake. Very disappointing as the hotel advertised having locally sourced Greek food. We appreciate the hotel had to follow Covid procedures, however the staff would serve you tiny portions of food and ignore you if you asked for more. Some of the staff were friendly, however in general we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff and unwelcome. Considering it was an all inclusive it was very hard to get a drink as the bar was rarely manned. So we would have to ask for help to just get a drink and then wait for quite a while. The bedroom was nice, however the bathroom was more like a wetroom which never really dried so the floor was always wet.

    Little Gem

    Loved this little hotel from the moment we stepped out of the taxi, greeted by the owner and his staff, to the time we reluctantly had to leave. We had a room on the second floor with a fantastic sea and pool view overlooking the olive grove. The food was excellent and all the staff worked very hard and were all so friendly, with noting too much trouble. The whole week was so relaxing , especially as it was adults only. The weather was great except for one rainy day. Hope to return soon.
