  A well placed hotel in Turkey's capital

  Ankara is not a tourist destination. Visitors are usually involved in business and need a comfortable, well-located and well run hotel for their visit here. I have stayed in the Cassiel Hotel on two occasions over the last six months and have found it excellent in every way. The breakfast spread is always fresh and good - typical Turkish fayre, and the staff will bring you any extra items such as an omelette or fresh orange juice. The decor is stylish, the rooms comfortable (there is even a "pillow menu"!), and above all - for me an absolute must - everything in the bathroom works, with an abundance of hot water. The front-desk staff and porters are all helpful and always pleasant. Sure there is a mosque nearby with the standard calls to prayer, but where in Turkey isnt there one? This is not a problem. Unlike in hot, noisy and crowded Istanbul, you can get to your meetings cool and unhurried anywhere in town from this location. Full marks!

  Perfect hotel with quality rooms

  Such a nice business hotel, definitely my first option for Ankara. It has spacious rooms, quality bed and linings, everything you expect from a business hotel. The breakfast is really generous, I always like the coffee served at the bar area

  Nice location, nice hotel

  Small hotel with quite rooms, good location, qualified staff, good service...always staying this one, since 2015...parking space is available, a bit overdecorated, but I love it...always ask for a promotional price, companies love it a lot:)

  A Nice, Beautifully Appointed Hotel With A Great Location

  Travelling from Goreme to Istanbul, we needed a nice hotel to stay for the night. I didn't want the typical cookie-cutter modern room and was able to find this moderately priced hotel in a good location. We selected their King Suite room, which I was told was their best room. The staff was very friendly, and parked our car and took up our bags. The room was big and wonderfully appointed with nice romantic styled furniture. The bathroom was quite small though and I had been hoping for a spa tub and was quite disappointed that we didn't get that in our room. I was at a loss why such a huge room would have such a tiny bathroom - it doesn't make much sense. Oh well - after we checked in we walked around the area and took in the vast multitude of restaurants, stores and cafes in the nearby area so we could find a place to eat dinner. When we returned to the hotel however, there was a problem with our room key and there was no power in our room, which took them about thirty minutes to fix. Our room included breakfast and the dining room was very clean and nice with a very large selection of typical Turkish food with a few western selections. Check out was very fast and they brought our car to the front for us. It was rather enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it - especially for its location.

  Increadible place

  Super good care about clients. The hotel reminds the sultan's palace. The furniture in the room is of the highest quality, we even took photos of the furniture to buy such furniture to our home. We didn't even want to leave this hotel
