  Wonderful experience

  We stayed here just over a week ago and it was our first experience of Italian hospitality. As we were cycling around Tuscanny we had a flat tyre so lucca took us into Greve the next day to fix , this place is a bit out of the norm but if you want to go out of square this is it. Gardens are lovely and everything is done in Tuscan time. No Internet but who cares about that for a night

  Good value for

  Slept there last week end with family, nice location, not too far from Florence and very close to Greve in Chianti. The place looks a bit old, but it's clean, except for some smell of cigarette in some rooms.. Service is variable, breakfast is great, especially for kids, we didn't try the restaurant for dinner, but it looks Ok. Overall, although not luxurious the place is worth it for the deal it offers (apartment with 3 bedrooms for just about 109..)

  Alright

  It was a night that we spendotel in this hotel. The hotel doesn't have WIFI, but the rooms are good and correct taking into account the price and the services you get. I can recommend for short stays. Good breakfast also.

  Strange

  I know it was budget accommodation and I didn't expect anything better. The room was simple but then again clean fair enough for the priced I payed. The staff/ owners were nice enough even if I felt they hate the job they had to do. My only complain was the brutal smell of cigarettes at the reception but I wasn't staying there long so I got over... In my room I was looking for the wifi password and discover a hotel book. There was a list of what is and isn't allow in the hotel. Writing reviews was one of things wasn't allowed.... Which I found strange... Also over and over there were making point there weren't servants. There was a point saying if the bird sh..t on the sit in the garden wipe it yourself because that was a budget accommodation I've been working in hospitality buisness for many many years and I understand that customers might be annoying sometimes but I also respect they spend money with me. No matter if that is 1000 or only 34... I just find attitude of the owners arrogant and insulting to some point. I might be silly but staying in that place upset my trip. I felt unwelcome and as I was hassling them by using them facility :-(

  I liked this place

  Budget accomodation, simple but excellent value for money. Beds comfy enough. The room was very clean. On the whole would well recommend. Did not use the restaurant, maybe next time. Loved Greve & Panzano
