  Andrea is the best host

  Our Apartment was perfect place for our Holiday with wonderful views from the balcony. We get from Andrea discount card for ski rent from nearest shop. Very close to bus stop taking you to Sportinia chair lift. We would like to say Thank You very much for your hospitality :)

  Excellent host

  Andrea is an awesome host, who makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. During my stay he went to get lengths to ensure our stay was enjoyable. This included making reservations for us at local restaurants, showing us to ski hire shops and much more. He went to a lot trouble to provide us with the local knowledge on best places to eat, and drink. The room is more than adequate for skiing with plenty of room, and the apartments are in good order. There is a small bar area which is open for breakfast in the mornings, and drinks in the evenings. The breakfast is good, but basic. The location of the apartment is about a 15 minute walk into Sauze d'Oulx centre, where you have lots going on. In the immediate surrounding area there are a couple good restaurants, and you have a ski hire shop. The apartment is about 200 yards from the nearest lift and slope. By taking this lift slightly lower than the main lift coming out of Sauze you actually miss the rush period in the morning which is a real bonus. All in all I had a fantastic stay and i would recommend to all groups.

  Perfection!!

  We visited Case Vacanza Peeron for a short three night ski trip last weekend. Andrea was the perfect host and couldn't do enough to help ensure we had the best break possible, whether it was booking a reservation at a restaurant to picking us up at the drop of a hat when stuck due to bad weather in Sestriere. The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Great location to the local lift with just a short walk through a very picturesque cobbled lined village.We will be returning on a regular basis for years to come! Thanks Andrea look forward to seeing you next year!

  Good location and great service

  Second time I came, and again great service by the owner. It is really clean and good distribution and north rooms have great view. Really convenient locker room to the skis. Location wise, it is calm and 5min walk to the slopes and 4min by car to the city center for restaurants and bars.

  Nice hotel

  Andrea is the perfect host. He even messaged us when we landed in Turin, advising us when the room would be ready. He gave us directions to the ski lift, restaurant recommendations and even drove us into town one evening for dinner. The hotel has a good location, around a 5 minute walk to the jouvenceaux lift, however this is uphill. It's around a 20 minute walk to sauze town, or a 3 minute drive if you've hired a car. We actually chose to hire a car from Turin airport and this was alot cheaper than airport transfers which were around £300 for two people return! The train/bus was not really a practical option time wise. The drive took 1 hour, and was majority motorway simple driving. Only the last 10 minutes is small roads and uphill, but was not too difficult at all. Well worth hiring a car, and the hotel has plenty of free parking. The rooms are nice and clean, and very warm. We didn't use the kitchen so can't really comment on this. The only issue I would highlight, is that the double bed is actually two singles put together, and you do notice this is slightly uncomfortable down the middle. Overall a great stay, and Andrea is a brilliant host, thank you very much!
