  Apartamentos muy limpios, tranquilos, a unos 100 m de la playa y zona de restaurantes. Tiene wifi gratis, piscina, chiringuito muy agradable para dia y noche. Personal muy agradable. Precio muy razonable. Muy buena elección en Poros. Todo bastante cercano.

  good holidays at the end of season

  We had a pleasant stay there. Very resonable prices and they upgrated our rooms. We really enjoyed our time. It's in a quiet place (for this time of the year). The rooms were clean and in order the breakfast was ok and the staff (Maria) was very good and helpfull.

  A fantastic family holiday!

  Beginning of the season, the hotel was just perfect...was thinking it would be too good to be true but it didnt disappoint. Yes the rooms are basic, but they are clean, and just what we wanted. TV, WiFi, air con, kettle and a fridge. Great pool, perfect for us as our soon to be three year old happily played around the toddler area whilst the two older children jumped and splashed around in the bigger pool. Staff were all friendly and accommodating especially Dimitri! He was an absolute star, nothing too much trouble, great English and happy to help in any way he can. 5 mins to the sea although we walked further along to the sandy bit. Some lovely restaurants we like Olgas and also the one out to see at the bottom of Hotel Cascades road. All in all a faboulous family friendly holiday...we will be back!

  What a mess

  25th May I booked a trip for 6 nights from 26 June to 2 July. I booked a family room with a double bed and two single beds, because we were one couple with a baby (2 months) and a mate. We could get this room if there was availability to it. I wanted to make sure that I could get a double bed since I wanted my baby to sleep in bed and not in the baby stroller for a week, so I sent an email to the hotel via Booking on May 29 to ask if it was possible to get such a room. I got the answer 3 June that they would like to give me that, but only if there is availability. Fair enough. But suddenly on the 24thof June, 2 days before our trip, I suddenly received a Mail from the hotel. I received a confirmation that I would get a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds. This was absolutely amazing! June 26th when we arrived we met this nice guy, Dimitris. What a lovely guy! He was full of energy and he was always smiling. We got room number 1 ... Here there were 4 single beds .. I went out and told Dimitris that there must have been a misunderstanding. but obviously not. there was no room available with a double bed. Strange enough, I received a confirmation on Mail .. The trip I looked forward to, turned the first day we arrived ... Dimitris called the people who had sent me the mail an he told me that they were going to call me, but I have not received this phone call yet, not even a mail. Anyway, we did not wanted to be bitter the whole holiday so we tried to make the best of it. We tried to live with the room we got .. There were plenty of facility that was included. Cooking plates, TV, balcony, we could even use the grill in the garden etc.. But in the room there were no cooking plates, the only kitchen stuff we had was cups and a kettle. The TV was there but did not have any signals. The room is for four people, but the balcony is the space for one person, maximum two. The grill that the hotel offers, this could not be used... The pool was a child-friendly as they say, but it is not cleaned by those who work there. Were lots of insects and leaves in the pool, but this was cleaned by another guest since his kids wanted to play in the pool. But it was very nice by the pool. Breakfast included by the pool was cozy. All in all, very disappointed with the hotel. Here are some pictures of the room. This room is not to be seen on any booking pages for the hotel..

  2-3* Accommodation at best

  We stayed here as part of a city break when visiting our daughter who lives in Athens. We usually go to Kefalonia but decided to try something different. The room was good with a nice comfy 4 poster bed and as long as you kept the doors and windows shut the room eventually did cool down. The pool is fresh water which was nice but it wasnt cleaned regularly enough so much so I got the pool net myself to clear a dozen or so wasps and bugs so my wife wasnt swimming in and around them. The pool bar was poor for food choice either a toasty or baguette with turkey and cheese on and we tried both which were both toasted in the end anyway, it would have been nice to have some lettuce or tomato on the food as well. On the afternoon of the 2nd day we left to go to the beach as it was quite family oriented and started to get very noisy. We walked 150 metres to the sea front and found some comfy beach beds in front of Helen Hotel which we came back to for the 3 remaining days we were in Poros. The food at the Helen Hotel was excellent and the staff were very good and polite. I would go back to Poros but would probably choose another accommodation to mainly see if we could improve on the experience
