SuperHoliday! The best holidays and the best animations in the Hotel Casablanca/Obzor. Great food and hotel Service. Sympathetic animators, always smiling.Every Days super gymnastics in the water led by sympathetic Mrs. Kasia :) and other great fun, contests and nice evenings :) I would recommend. There is no time for boredom with such animators! I am very satisfied :) Thank You!!

First Trip to BulgariaLovely country, lovely people, the town of Obzor is very clean and tidy but not really much to do, and a taxi to Sunny Beach is quite expensive. One that spoilt the holiday a little was the very rude guests (older guests) pushing in the food queues and drinks queues, especially pushing the children out of the way.

A very nice stayWe are very pleased with the hotel, food and drinks very tasty, a good choice and high quality, peaceful surroundings, very cool evening animations with children led by George - amazing energy and a great approach to hotel guests. I also liked the free Bulgarian evening. The rooms and the restaurant clean, you can see that everyone cares about the guests. Thank you for a nice stay.

Would not recommendJust came back from Casablanca hotel, stayed there for a week with my family and friends. Hotel is nothing what we expected from a 4 star hotel. Food was very little choice and on the third day of our stay, my daughter age 2 got food poisoned. She was vomiting and had diarrhoea for 3 days. after that we had to go eat in the town. 90% of the staff doesn't speak or understand English. Staff doesn't have a dress code or they just chose not to wear it. So you don't know who is a guest and who is the actual staff of the Hotel. One girl at the hotels Restaurant was wearing the same black jacket all week and she was handling food.... Hotels state that they have a Spa, spa was flooded for the first 2 days of our stay. when i asked at the reception to book a massage at the spa, girl at the reception replied to me Nein in German :D. in the end she gave me a phone to ring another hotel and the woman on the phone told me that Casablanca Spa doesn't work and if we want a massage we will have to go to another hotel. we haven't seen a single person from animation team all week. there was a program on the wall, but it never happened. Rooms were cleaned every day, nothing wrong with that. Rooms were nice and quite big as well. I know we went there when season was over but we were expecting at least some parts of the Obzor to be open. it was like a ghost town. That was first time we went to Bulgaria and after this experience probably will be the last one.

Great two weeksWe had a great time in Casablanca Apart Hotel. The people who worked there were very nice and if you tried to speak there language they gave you a big smile. The food was really good, each day different. The rooms where large and good, but you could see that Casablanca is one of the older hotels. The swimmingpool is not that big but really refeshing in the heat! The beach was great, sea with big waves but a dangerous sea flow, but there were lifeguards at each 200 meters. Casablanca has got there own beach beds and parasols. The waether was great, each day sun en in the evening it cooled down to a 22 degrees Celsius. In the evening we went to the village with a lot of shops, restaurants and food-bars. Each evening there was a fair near the beach. And in the centre of Obzor there was Always live music. I have to say that it is not really a place for people with kids in the age of 16 years and older, because there is not much to do for them. We went twice to Sunnybeach and that is a must do, because that is really fun! You can also go to the aquaparc in Sunnybeach! And if you want to see some history you can go to the old town of Nessebar next to Sunnybeach. I stayed at the Casablanca with my wife and 2 daugthers in the age of 15 and 18 and we made this holiday a great one.
