    Wedding celebration

    I visited this very well presented hotel as a guest for a wedding celebration. The swimming pool area and reception were immaculately presented. Guests were seated around the pool or in an air conditioned dining room. The hotel staff could not have done more to help, our glasses were filled and empties cleared very quickly. The standard of presentation for food was excellent, even though I did not use the accommodation, I would stay here on my next visit to Jeddah inshallah.

    Modern and fully equipped

    I liked everything except the staff inhospitality. Theyre not welcoming guests properly. It was my case after all. None of them all is smiling or even saying hello. Just amazing. I am not used to this kind of attitude and lack of hospitality in 5 stars hotels

    Just average

    First impression of the hotel lobby was nice. When we went up to the room, there was a constant bad smell but nothing overwhelming. It probably came from the washroom. Poor maintenance. The toilet was constantly leaking and wasting water. I'm a coffee drinker so I wasn't too pleased that there was not a single coffee in the room. Just tea. They had a coffee machine that was not functional, and a kettle for boiling water. I requested coffee, whitener and sugar from room service, and it arrived about 15 hours later, the following day, minus the sugar. When we said that's not enough coffee for 3 people, they said they don't have anymore! Clearly the people there just don't like to work and are extremely lazy.

    Good ambience poor food and service

    Casablanca is a strategically located hotel with really good ambience. The rooms sizes are big and adequately furnished and gives rich feel. The room service and housekeeping staffs are excellent and make sure guests are comfortable. The experience with the front desk was not good. They don't smile and not very hospitable. They are clueless about the booking being made. They call the guests to their desk for their convenience for passport and mobile number. At coffee shop , the f and b manager asks guests toom number again and again so irritating. Every time reach the room, the key doesn't work and have to again go back to the front desk The rooms don't have universal adapter so guests have a problem if their mobile and laptop adapter are not compatible Restaurant doesn't have much options for vegetarian and even the buffet product name is not displayed. Food taste is also not up the mark.

    Fantastic venue

    Attended a wedding in the Casablanca hotel, the venue was spectacular and the hospitality was fantastic. Staff were on their feet serving and being super helpful. Very impressed with the wedding suite and how amazing it was.
