  Family reunion

  My American cosines stayed here. I have been coming here since 2016. Beautiful place to stay and the family who takes care of the property and you are exceptional. I will keep coming back. I have stayed here 4 times.

  Totally amazing hospitality and location

  We were overwhelmed with our welcome to this very lovely B & B. After getting lost on the way because of our sat nag and the change of the roads due to the earthquake we finally arrived with a welcoming drink and tour of the fantastic building and location looking across the valley. We stopped for two nights and felt like it was home. We could easily of lived there and felt part of the furniture. The hospitality and treats that we were given on were wonderful, tea and cake after we had been out all day. Followed by wine and nibbles. We cant wait until we visit again. Large hotels and B & Bs need to learn a lesson by stopping here. We certainly will be keeping in touch ready for our next visit.

  Incredible B&B with amazing views and warm hospitality

  My wife and I just returned from a peaceful stay at Casa Rosati in Ripa. Our room had incredible mountain views, and was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Despite the age of the former monastery that now houses the B&B, the rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. Federico and his family are wonderful hosts and dining in their beautiful dining room for breakfast each day was an experience we won't soon forget. We enjoyed reading on the beautiful front lawn overlooking the mountains and sitting in the courtyard at night to enjoy a glass of wine. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the other reading rooms and lounges throughout the house. Note that there are two roads leading to the B&B in Ripa. One of the roads is very narrow and may be difficult for larger vehicles to clear. We look forward to our next visit.

  Lovely nurturing stay

  Wonderful hosts who really make you feel like you are visiting family or friends, and an incredible view. We noticed the silence as soon as we got out of the car and the beauty of the building added to the wonderful atmosphere. Add in homemake cake and aperitifs with Francesca and Federico and their informed knowledge of the local area and kindness and you have a recipe for a perfect stay. The room had a fabulous view and was exceptionally clean and well thought out - there was even a drying rack and bowl if you should wish to wash out some clothes. The furniture was beautiful and antique in style and the bathroom well appointed. A wonderful stay - we would recommend unreservedly and hope to go back one day.

  Quiet, beautiful property with amazing hosts.

  My family of 10 stayed here for 5 nights in September with 3 kids aged 2,3,6. We had an amazing time in Casa Rosati. Very child friendly place with a huge enclosed garden for the little ones to run around in. Comfortable, well furnished rooms that felt luxurious yet welcoming. We slept very well in the beds. Federico and his mother are so so welcoming -going as far as to purchase a BBQ for us to use when we asked if they had one! We had a wonderful family BBQ in the garden one evening. Ripa is quite isolated and off the beaten path, if a quiet time in nature with family is what you are looking for, this is the perfect getaway. There are restaurants 10 mins away and they welcomed us to use their kitchen whenever we needed to make meals for the little ones.
