  Awful sleeping experience, broken airco & dirty shower

  Nice location upon hill. Split level appartment no 62 built in retro castello style on old castle location. Not authentic though.We did NOT get any sleep as sofa bed downstairs (kids were supposed to sleep here) had vicious springs piercing childrens bodies. Any IKEA sofa bed has a better mattress. Bed in upper room was good but airco broken. Very hot - 30-35C did not allow for sleep. Shower cabin outdated and dirty. We received a discount upon checking out but lack of sleep was a desaster for further driving back home to Holland. E100 still to much for not providing what was much needed. Pretentious establishment, marketed good, did not deliver what was expected and promised.

  Great place in an awesome location

  We spent 4 nights in this place. Once you arrive here, you immediately understand that there is a lot of substance: Casa Oliva occupies the top of an hill, which is a very small village now inhabited only be a few people: most of it is made of Casa Oliva rooms and apartments, plus there is a restaurant/B&B (also great, by the way). The location is very convenient: it's isolated enough to be absolutely charming, but then it's just 10 minutes from the main highway which leads you everywhere (seaside, Urbino, Umbria...) in a short time. The room we had (41) was basic, but clean, with an excellent mattress and a good bathroom. There was also a fridge, which we appreciated. Federica, at the reception, is kind and helfpul. Breakfast was good and pricing very good for what was offered. We brought our small children and our big dog and there was everything need for both of them: child bed, child chair, bowl (with welcome biscuits!) for the dog, ... The absolute best remains the location... just wandering in the small village at dusk, maybe having a wine or two, is enchanting. Absolutely recommended!

  Dog friendly and absolutely excellent value

  with a charming owner, plain but comfortable rooms and a straightforward and reasonably priced menu and wine-list. What is there not to like? Small tip - we drove a rather large car into the square and I wished I had not - there is shaded parking immediately below the hotel (accessed by steps) which you can find by turning right before the buildings. Much easier. I'd like to think we may stay here again

  Two days in Casa Olivia

  The location of Casa Olivia is wonderfull, a beautifull view on the top of the hill. The people are very kind, so you feel welcome immediatly. The interior is modern,light and simple. Diner and breakfast : enough choise and very wel prepared. So we have a wonderfull stay in Casa Olivia

  Wonderful place for a peaceful vacation

  We love Casa Oliva. It's a beautiful place for relaxing. There are many great day trips close by! We tasted wine, hunted truffles, toured historic villages and Church's. Then in the afternoons we sat by the pool or went to the spa! Totally awesome.
