  Lovely place

  Very lovely place. You will really like it here--you feel safe, it is homey and the service! The food is really good. And the church is just a stone's throw away. will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

  Restaurant food.

  We ordered their sisig and chicken buffalo wings. We were not expecting it to be awesomely great but when the order arrived, man oh man, it was all Big cuts of pork fat and skin and a WHOLE lot of LARGELY CUT onions with barely a portion of meat at all. The whole dish was swimming in oil, not safe for consumption in a way. Sisig was supposedly be with maskara, meat and liver some chilli and onions. But this one are not just onions they werw big chunks and just pork fat. I mean who would want to eat pork fat and onions? We were utterly disapppointed with the food, only ate a spoonful of the dish (paid 170php btw for the sisig) a few bucks cheaper than Gerry's grill sisig. The buffalo wings were small for the price (3 pcs chicken wing cut into two) to make it into 6 pcs. The wings were not too bad btw. We haven't tried an overnight stay though, but I sure do hope the experience is not like of what we got with their food. Please, please do improve your food. I JUST DROPPED BY TO WRITE A REVIEW OF THEIR FOOD AND NOT THE HOTEL STAY.

  I am back now at home,I have been satisfied with the hotel and your indication service. The hotel CASA Munda is a family run business,felt so sweet,ebjoyed the stay with them,I will take more friends to there when in DAVAO I am happy to get back to work on Monday,thank you for everything, I love your family business,felt so dear and warm... I would like to tell brothers and sisters tonight at dinner of my experinece in DAVAO, ... I think next time I would love to rent your car to Samal island...it is too big to vist on motorride... sincerely yours Alex

  Great room

  Pros: Good service, accomodating staff, clean room & bathroom, love the bed, quiet place, close to SM Davao about 1.4km (able to walk it). Cons: noisy aircon, pricey breakfast but delicious Will definitely recommend this to my friends and will stay here again when we return to Davao Room: tsiko Date: April 9, 2017

  Relaxing Davao Trip

  Casa Munda has been in Davao since the 1950s and locals know where it is. It's very near NCCC Mall (10-minute walk, if you're a slow walker!) and Matina Town Square. There's a tricycle terminal outside which can take you to these places for 10PHP per head. It's also near SM City Davao. They offer breakfast to dinner options as well (Average price of 170 PHP per head). Check in and check out was a breeze, the staff were helpful, especially the guard, who was very nice to wait for us when we come back during the late hours of the night! The place is Instagrammable, too!
