Ok for 1 night if you are on a budget.Well, let me start on a positive note: The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to find transport to any site. Tricycles and jeepneys abound. Also, there are fresh fruit stands where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. There was no cupboard in our room , and no inner curtain in front of the window, and the window looks out directly onto the street. Make sure the curtain there is, is closed BEFORE you take a shower. I got out of the shower to find my dear wife has opened the curtain to let in some sunlight..... The bed was a bit small. The toilet seat cracked , so I got pinched every time I sat down. In the bathroom is a note telling guests to put the shower curtain inside the shower to prevent the water from flowing onto bathroom floor. I did that and it still flowed into the bathroom area. The breakfast consisted of one egg, 2 sausages and rice with a small cup of coffee. This place is good if you are on a budget... but I am sure you can find a better place for a bit more.

Simple & NiceIf you are looking for functional and very affordable place to stay in Tagaytay, then you may want to check out this place. It is also just a stone's throw away from the local market, fruit stands and for your "pasalubong" needs. Family & friends have stayed here several times over and will definitely be one of our top choice for our bed & breakfast needs...

Old, musty-smelling dirty roomsIm sorry that we dont have pics to upload since we arrived so late and tired that I forgot to take pictures and the next day we were in such a hurry to check out (lol) *RATES- Upon inquiring, front desk staff said their room for 2 is priced at 2000PHP w/ free breakfast. Then after paying he then said that breakfast wasnt included since we availed the room at a discounted price from 3000 pesos.(overpriced tbh) We were too tired to argue since it was already 2am and we were tired from touring and sight seeing and not bejng accepted by a lot of hotels which are fully booked. (December 27) *Our ROOM reminded me of old and dirty motel rooms. Dirty floors, stained walls, generic white sheet and foam pillows with the same plain white cloth as a pillowcase. The BED was so 'maalikabok' (dusty) it triggered my allergic rhinitis. Smells like a damp rag too. *BATHROOM was so disgusting and cramped. Dirty toilets, tile grout has some mold and the shower curtain has black spots and dirt stains. It is so small that you have to be careful not to be in contact with the wall, shower curtain and toilet. Hindi ka pwedeng dumikit kasi nga napakarumi. PS. We are not maarte or very picky, the size of the room doesnt matter to us but CLEANLINESS is very important. Do not pose as a hotel when your services are more like a motel or a hostel. The room isnt worth our 2000 at all.

Budget friendly in tagaytay areaThis is a quaint type of bed and breakfast. Seems to be nice near market and pasalubong store. We stayed on the second floor and got our room ready on time and have a good balcony. If youre on a budget staying in Tagaytay we recommend this but for only for resting purposes only and dont expect any special amenities just only a good balcony.

Nica placeI got my boyfriends parents to stay for 3 days and 2 nights and they said the place was really nice. Room is clean. Place is near the fruit market. The only thing they commented on is the food menu was a little pricey and that since it is near the road it is given that they hear the motor cycle noise. But over all it is a good place to stay.
