  Excelente ubicación, muy proximo a la Plaza San Marcos. Fue dificil encontrarlo pero eso es algo comun en Venecia. Son muy pocas habitaciones y el desayuno lo sirven en el Hotel Casa Verardo a 3 cuadras aprox, muy bien servido y variado el personal excelente muy atentos. La habitacion muy amplia y con buen gusto en la decoración, cama y almohadas muy comodas. Aire acondicionado, tv plasma, internet wiifi con algunos inconvenientes (consejo solicitar en el momento de la reserva que este incluido en la totalidad de la estadia). El baño amplio, excelente ducha. Todo muy limpio.

  basic, clean and central, only for the mobile

  A two night stay here in this annex to the Hotel Verardo. Close to all the sights and a Vaporetto stop, but then nothing in Venice is far from anywhere else. The house has no staff on site, and 3 or 4 rooms in it, steep stairs, no lift. Fully modernised interior, good plumbing, comfortable beds, but garish decor. You have to find your own way in, which was challenging late at night when the timed lights go out. Breakfast in the Verardo was distinctly unexciting.

  Organised scam

  This hotel actually committing an organised scam together with booking.com. If you book on booking.com to Hotel Casa Verardo Residenza Epoca you can see pictures of the hotel and its ratings. When you arrive to the hotel they let you know that you have booked to a different building for a Bed& Breakfast (Hotel Casa Kirsch) without reception / breakfast. At the end you can only see their trick if you click on the room when booking end at the end of the description you can see that the room is in different building, but still did not mention that it is not a hotel but a B&B. On the other hand the facilities are not working in the B&B at arriving we noticed a broken toilet seat asked for a change, did not happen through 4 days. Air condition did not function. They did not give new shower gel once you have finished it. The bed linen was not washed after the previous guest or at least it was as dirty as hell. 2 days out of days there was no hot water at all! To response to Hotel Manager (Pier A.): 1.You book to Hotel Casa Verardo Residenza d'Epoca. You see the reviews of the hotel you see the pictures of the hotel but yes if you click on the room, there you can find that is a different building. Because you are showing there thats why I wrote scam and not illegal fraud and that was the only reason why I did not call the police. 2.A different building which called B&B cannot be a part of a 3 star hotel especially it is 50-100 m away. The price for the B&B is the same or higher than in the main building 210 EUR/ night. 3.I could not ask for breakfast because it was not available in my building however advertised. There are no information in the confirmation that the facilities are going to be in a different building even no information that it is in a different building. 4.Good lie that the air-condition did not worked because of 15/16 degree. Check any historical database it was at least 24. 5.Regarding the cleanness I just say a picture is worth a thousand words. I strongly recommend to answer with facts which are true and stop cheating on people. During our time at your reception we were the third ones complaining about the relocation and the staff refused to contact with the hotel manager.

  Hotel Kirsch

  Its a bit a confusion from where you check in - to the walk to where your room was/is. if you have difficulty walking up stairs - your in trouble. Room was clean - rather spartan, but it was sufficient for a quick stay

  Perfect location

  We visited Venice during the Carnival 2020 and we stayed at Casa Kirsch. The location of this hotel is perfect, very near to Piazza San Marco. In front of the hotel there is a small pastry shop and it is very near to a square full of restaurants. The hotel was clean and nice for the value. If we ever go back, I will book this hotel again!
