  Amazing!!!!

  What can I say about this hotel apart from it's fantastic. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had, and I just keeps coming all fresh and traditional. The owners are lovely people who cannot do enough for you. The hotel is situated about 50 metre right off the square of the old town where there are fantastic bars and restaurants. We will definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone who has the chance to stay here.

  wonderful

  Very welcoming and elegant. All very well kept in the details. The service is great ... highly recommended to spend some time relaxing. Nice position to reach The best beaches on the island and the best archaeological sites.

  Remarkable old town house

  I have to admit that this is a very different&unique place from the rest of accommodation available in Hersonissos. The impression you get from this lovely hotel located in a very peaceful corner of old Hersonissos is very very different than the rest of the area. All the rooms are very well decorated with antiquities while the amenities kept very modern. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and outdoor seating areas. we did not take breakfast because of our laziness but I can strongly suggest you not to miss it after seeing the left overs. In short, this hotel is certainly not to miss spot around the entire Heraklion area.

  Fantastic accomodation

  Situated in a quiet street just off the main square of the village, I had a traditional style room, very clean and comfortable. A small fridge and a kettle are provided and the bathroom was fantastic with a whirlpool bath. Service from the owners was good although I only needed to see them when booking in and checking out. Certainly recommended.

  Don't expect a refund if you cancel

  We booked a weeks holiday here for June through booking.com. We accidentally pressed the wrong dates and immediately called booking com to change them. They tried several times to contact the owners without success. We eventually got in contact with them ourselves, but only had rude, unprofessional 2 word replies. We then unfortunately had to cancel our holiday due to 2 unforseen events, including terminal cancer of my wife's Father. There is an option saying cancel without losing your deposit, which we took. We received a response from booking.com saying they await response from the owners. They got no response, neither did we after sending several e-mails explaining why we had to cancel, so they have obviously decided to keep our money, even during very stressful circumstances. We are just glad we didn't have to spend a week with people like that! 0/5... Don't go here if you have any worry about cancelling your holiday, spend your money with nice people that will actually reply instead! Ronnie & Yvonne
