  Mediocre Service

  Stayed here with my wife and toddler. Firstly the room looked great, especially the balcony with the sliding glass door. We liked it in an instance, but then there was this smell of cockroach killer spray like baygon, that was bad, we also spotted a lizard tail lying near the bed. We also had ants visiting our room for an open packet of biscuits in the carry bag. All this was fine since i am ok with wild life. What really annoyed me was the behavior of one of the waiters at their restaurant 'Mike's Place' - We went for the complimentary breakfast, ordered a sandwich each, two fresh juice with a plate of fruit salad, after we were done with the breakfast they informed us that the juice and salad was not complimentary and they charged us 500 bucks for the same. This was really annoying since this was not mentioned on the menu. And the response i got from the rude waiter was "you should have asked what items are included as complimentary and you will have to pay". I paid politely hoping the next day i will be careful. The next day I was ordering a veg cheese sandwich from the menu, and once again the waiter mentioned that with cheese it is not complementary, but only the veg sandwich is. I lost it then, and he did oblige after that. But overall i think the hotel authorities should stop with the complementary breakfasts, rather than embarrassing the customers.

  Good value for money

  I was generally very happy with my stay. The room was nice, compared to what I was expecting. The manager was extremely rude, basically suggesting that I lied when I said the floor in my room was dirty (hes the one who asked if everything was ok). Free breakfast at Mikes place across the street is basic but decent. A lot of noise from this place some evenings, but never past midnight.

  Very good value for money

  Clean basic room. All staff extremely helpful cant do enough for you. Tony the manager Always on hand. Rachel in the office very obligingly. Laundry service if needed. Breakfast in Mikes eggs, toast or porridge with tea or coffee and fruit juice.

  Casa de Chris & Mikes Bar

  Having returned recently from our stay at Casa de Chris I have nothing but praise for a fabulous visit , Nothing was to much trouble for the staff , the rooms were very comfortable and very clean , the hospitality from Mike at Mikes Place next door was much appreciated by all my family and his staff were all lovely, and the beach party was a great night! Thankyou James & Mike for a lovely holiday, see you all next year ! Karen Smith Sheffield, UK

  Another great stay at casa Big thanks to All the staff especially Tony who was a great help when my wife took ill He arranged for the doctor to come and even went to the chemist for the prescriptions Great big thanks to all the staff in Mikes place where breakfast was served wont hesitate to return if we go back to Goa
