  Hotel peculiar

  Hemos estado pasando una noche en el hotel, la verdad es q es un tanto anticuado y la cama... se ve que es familiar y la gente que trabaja intenta suplir estas carencias con amabilidad y trato. Tienes un parking gratuito detrás del hotel, seguramente os lo dirá la dueña. Nosotros cogimos con desayuno incluido, y la verdad es que está bien. Resumen, es una opción para un hotel de paso y dormir barato. Dormir bien, ya lo hacemos en casa.

  Ok hotel in the heart of the city

  Stayed for one night in this hotel which was completely fine for that. Clean, very centrally located in greve, just meters away from the bus stop and restaurants. Not the highest standard but ok for what you pay. Unfortunately a bit uncomfortable bed. Possible to get along with English for simple questions but a bit trickier for too advanced matters, then better go to tourist office or so for info on sights. We rented scooters from a local bikeshop in Greve, Ramuzzi, 35euro for half day, great way to explore the Tuscan countryside if you go without car. The rental place was very reliable and helpful.

  A lot of noise from the street

  ok room, bed, wifi, A/C, bathroom. A fridge would have been nice. A lot of noise from the street, so earplugs are essential...Breakfast is nothing special. Free public parking behind the hotel on the other side of the "river".Ok!

  Rude, no hot water and poisonous breakfast

  The female host was incredibly rude. She actually lied about room availability but was caught out when we asked her husband separately. There was no hot water so we were unable to shower throughout the stay. Breakfast included badly burned croissants (black and hard on the bottom) and a cappuccino with milk that went off about 2 days before. Would highly recommend that no one stays here, ever, under any circumstances. We spent a week in Tuscany, in beautiful rooms, and this was also by far the most expensive. Complete rip-off and all-round unpleasant experience.

  Awesome Surprise and Great stay in the heart of the town

  Our review would be unlike others as we stayed just one night and it just happened to be the Chianti Wine Expo weekend. We could not believe our luck. A day spent tasting wines and food for only 10 Euros for the whole day. An expo with 63 different wine stands. Our room was on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the square. That night was the last night of the Expo and the square had a live band that played from 10pm to early hours. For others that might have been a bad experience, but for us it was absolutely fantastic!! We say on the balcony enjoying wine and antipasto that we purchased from the Expo. A highlight evening of our month in Italy. The lady was lovely and welcoming.
