  we came for our anniversary. the staff set us up with some nice surprises for our celebration. the grounds and rooms are amazing. we had dinner at the south coast winery at Vineyard rose. the food was outstanding

  great Getaway

  hade a great time in Temecula,love your hotel set up.it wood be nice if you guys hade a nice little restaurant in your location.The beds are a little soft not a firm feeling woke up with a stiff back other than that 10 across the board Thanks for a nice stay in Carter hotel..

  Carter Estate has beautiful, spacious rooms, which offer great amenities, while being able to relax in a comfortable, serene environment. The bed is so very comfortable. It was very nice to have the breakfast served every morning as well.

  Great stay!

  We loved this room. The service was excellent upon arrival and until check-out. The view was beautiful, the room felt very clean, and it was a perfect mini-vacay! I personally didnt sleep well because the mattress was too soft, but otherwise, everything was perfect! Quite, clean, beautiful, pampered!

  Appalling customer services and policies

  I booked two nights non-refundable and non modifiable. I showed up to check in and was turned away. I was told our room was given away. We were unable to check in the first night due to a personal emergency. Given the fact that our room was paid and it was non modifiable, it should be a reciprocal policy. At no time was a called, emailed or contacted that if I did not check in by a particular time that my room would be forfeited. I just left a wedding, went to check in in the pouring rain and now I am forced to drive multiple hours home without any reasonable explanation on how this could have happened. I am frankly appalled that such a luxury resort would treat customers this way. For a premium price customers should receive premium service. It is absurd that the hotel wouldnt find it prudent to reach out to a paying customer, Wow. I am shocked. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. You wouldnt expect something like this to happen from such a high caliber place.
