  Just popped by

  We were booked into Carradale hotel but they had a water issue and had to cancel. They tried to get hold of us we were on motorbikes didnt hear, so arrived. What helpful people sorted us new digs , made us a cuppa/pint so were refreshed 100% thank you so above and beyond

  Fabulous dinner

  We had a fabulous dinner here - the food menu was varied and catered for all our needs . The lingoustines were truly marvellous and the portion size was huge ! The service was extremely friendly and was lovely to see all the family working so passionately to deliver top quality food and service . We were all really impressed at the standard which rivalled anything you might get in a city restaurant

  Lovely hotel

  Great welcome from the very attentive owners and all of the staff. Ideal location if your wanting a quiet break away walking along 1 of the many secluded beaches in the area, or wanting a base to tour Kintyre or the isle of Arran. The hotel restaurant serves a selection of the best seafood we have ever tasted, all locally sourced and great selection of hot and cold food on offer for breakfast. The well stocked bar is very cosy and comfortable to relax in after a long day out. Loved the locally distilled Kintyre gin, a must for all gin lovers. The Carradale is very dog friendly, so bring him or her with you. Thank you to this freindly family team for making our stay in Carradale very memorable. We will be back

  Lovely Hotel

  I can only say positive things about this hotel. We received a warm welcome from both the owners, who were so friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were spotless. The food was amazing and a great selection to choose from. Only wished we stayed longer than 1 night, already planning to stay again.

  Fantastic food

  We were staying in the village and booked in for a meal one evening. I was spoilt for choice by the menu, everything sounded good but eventually decided on the monkfish and was not disappointed. The fish was perfectly cooked on a bed of small buttered new potatoes with samphire and capers. Absolutely delicious. My partner had the Balmoral burger - chicken breast with bacon, haggis and whisky sauce which he thoroughly enjoyed. We then had caramel brownies with ice cream for pudding. It was great meal and the staff were very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Thank you very much.
