RegularWe have been coming to this hotel for the past 10+ years and would never go to another hotel. The staff are lovely to chat with always happy to chat to you about what you have planned for the day. The rooms are spacious, clean and cosy. The food is hot and tasty. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is coming to Blackpool. The price to stay is reasonable price and is situated in the middle of Pleasure Beach and Central Pier with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Excellent Family B&BThis b&b is one of the best I've stayed at in Blackpool . Sue was just brilliant . The breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfy. The rooms were very clean and it is in a great location . Sue was excellent with the kids which is always a bonus . Booked directly for another short stay soon . Thank you Sue

Not as good anymore. We stayed for a week again as per every year and arrived to find that sue and ken had retired, when we booked we specifically always ask for the first floor as Ive got joint problems and to many stairs cause me pain, the new owners Steve and dawn put us on the second floor in a room that definitely needed work, a lot smaller than what we needed as we have a dog we always have room 4 or 5 I think it is as it has a adjoining room to give us space for the dog, it had a single bed that was so full so springs and was awful, the double bed was not comfortable and definitely needed replacing, the toilet wasnt very big and you have to stand to wipe your lady parts, the Tuesday morning we went down for breakfast to be faced with cold toast that wasnt very cooked, not very much to choose from apart from a few cereals and orange juice, and when the cooked breakfast came out it had been kept Luke warm at best, all had been pre-cooked which Yeah is ok but the egg had been precooked as well and was like rubber, there was nearly cold beans, plate was cold and greasy too, we couldnt touch it so just left it and went without breakfast for the rest of our stay and the breakfast was one small sausage, one egg, a small half tomato, beans and a slice of bacon with a cm of fat that hadnt been cooked down proper. We wont be coming back here again anymore unless changes are made and they learn how to cook and give better service. At least sue used to change our bed and towels we didnt even get that. And to make things worse the people that was staying there had noisy dogs and there was people shouting till 1am in the morning, doors banging that never happened while sue was running the place.

Another good stayI dont normaly write reviews, I came across the review not as good as it used to be and felt I had to write this. My husband and myself have been coming here for a few years and decided to book a long weekend. When we arived we were advised Sue and Ken had retired. The new owners were very welcoming and showed us to our double room. The room was basic but clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was diferent to Sue's, there was a lot less choice however there was still a nice choice of cereal, tea coffee and orange juice. Toast was just right and the cooked breakfast was hot and very good also a nice size. We will definatly be returning.
