  Excellent location, Friendly Staff and Buffet Restaurant

  We booked this hotel through booking.com. When we arrived, we found the location is very good, next to the shopping centre and Carnarvon Fascine. Staff are friendly giving us plenty of the Wi-Fi pass codes. Restaurant offers buffet food at dinner. Food and service are very good.

  Great Stop over location secure parking etc Close to shops and buffet dinner very good value for money. We have stayed many times and never have any issues. Rooms are very large and air conditioned. Will use this location again

  Fantastic

  Lady at the Reception was friendly and helpful. Managed to check in early and the Standard Family Room was huge for our family of 5. Love the paintings in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided together with tea/coffee/milk. Beds were comfortable but the design of the room was such that the children in the 3 Single Beds were freezing cold whilst hubby & I in the Double Bed had it just perfect. Other problem was that when we opened the bathroom door, there were more than a dozen huge flies. Otherwise, we were happy with everything else. Location was food; within walking distance to the town centre, The Fascine and the Old Tram Walk Trail. Restaurant with the hot rock meals were really good value and tasted delicious. Read that just a few months ago, a buffet came with the meals. However, with the salad and chips provided, that was a generous serve in itself. Will not hesitate to stay here if we ever came back to Carnarvon.

  One of The Best Family Places in Carnarvon

  We love coming here. The place is clean, friendly and relaxed. The pool area is amazing and my boys love the water slide. Being able to sit in the patio area, while the kids swim is a really great thing after spending the day exploring. The food from the restaurant is great quality and very good value for money. The rooms are big, clean and have everything you need, however there is no toaster if thats your breakfast thing. Would be a nice addition thats for sure. We often stay each year and love coming back. Thank you.

  Pity it was the "off" season

  Motel room was clean and tidy, as expected, unfortunately for us it was the off season in Carnarvon so all the facilities were not available...but there were options for food and beverage a short walk away, so no drama. Contact from reception to SMS access codes and key drop box arrangements was great. Location is excellent for access to the shops / pubs etc which are on the very picturesque broadwalk.
