Amazing and clean hotelNormally I am very sceptical booking hotels in Turkey because the rooms and bathrooms are dirty, however this hotel was amazingly clean. The bathroom looked brand new, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, and will be back myself!

Faulty Towers Remake!Ok first off let me make it clear, you pay little to get little I get that but this place wow. I literally hate complaining or leaving bad reviews but im doing this as a warning to anyone else contemplating booking here. On the check in it took us 1 hour to get our rooms as the keys was kept in a plastic bag. As part of this check in we was taken to a room that had people in it when the night staff opened it. We then had a room to small for us and had to pay 20 quid for air con (which is usual) but it became a necessity to cool us after fitting us all in. The next day I asked to move, was told to wait to see the general manager who was in at 1, he came in at 5 and didn't get a room move. Day 3 we got our move, new room was big enough for us, however the shower was like a jet wash which we dealt with. The sink was full of ants so we couldn't use. My wife got ready in the dark as the bedroom light didn't work. The bed in the room blocked the balcony door so it had to be moved to open it. The lies on the reviews about there being upgrades carried out could only of been written by people on a promise of a reward or something as its clearly not true. Our room looked like it survived Chernobyl but was left in that state post atrocity. The pool was a good size but 2 out of our 9 group got ear infections and I never seen it get cleaned and I was up early most days. The staff was actually OK, not great English but were in turkey so I understand that, the management or owners are just making it impossible for them. Last day we asked for late check out and was charged 10 pound which again is fine but the hotel was literally 80% empty so after all the poor treatment im sure they could of wavered it but i imagine they're taking what they can get before people learn to avoid this place.

AWFUL AND DIRTY!! AVOIDmyself and my partner booked a last min holiday to carmina. When we arrived we got taken to our room which was on the bottom floor, couldnt sit out on a balcony or dry our clothes. the room had this awful smell, the bathroom was dirty, we complained and got moved to another room. in the new room i kept hearing water pouring to notice damp in the bathroom, one morning we both woke up and was sick and had diarrhoea, i got out of bed and noticed the sheet was rolled over, to which i found a bed FULL of mould. we complained and they did not seem to care one bit the staff were beyond rude. we told them we were leaving and going to stay in another hotel, we payed our food and drinks tab off the day before and they said that we hadnt and made us pay another £50!! AVOID THIS HOTEL, i ignored the few bad reviews before but now im worried a young child is going to sleep in that same bed with mould. the food is rubbish, my partner ended up with gastroenteritis and in hospital. This hotel should be shut down.
