    No wonder people are giving good reviews about the staff and decor. The Director can afford to pay them a little more cause he sure as hell didnt pay the workmen for reburbushing the place. Never available to talk either

    This hotel has closed down, they didnt tell staff anything! they let all there hard working staff turn up to their jobs and was summoned to a meeting to be told they have no jobs! And the hotel was closing. No explanation, no official letter saying if been made redundant or laid off. Disgusting how they have treat there employees some of which have been there over 30 years. Even let all guests turn up to the hotel to be turned away and weddings that was taking place been let down! These people that own and manage this hotel are ruthless and close down down building dont pay there debts, staff or refund anyone! They will rebrand and reopen in another name but will be the same circle of people that will be managing it. Id think twice about booking this hotel.

    No email or anything paid our money to stay saturday 25 october..for my birthday .disgraceful treatement of staff and guests.would like my money back but doubt we stand a chance.shame on you directors

    Have reservation 23/10/20 not been able to contact hotel to confirm if still in business??? had no notice from hotel- only just read previous review hotel closed!!!! This was fully pre paid.... any suggestions on how to get money back would be grateful... Looks like there going to be a few disappointed customers......

    they imprison innocent refugees

    it was a hole, couldnt sleep as the crying and moaning from the innocent refugees imprisoned there kept me awake. dont stay there as it is a prison for innocent refugees. DONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. BOYCOTT THE turds
