  Easy spot in a great location

  The staff (very few of whom spoke any English) were very friendly, obliging and helpful, making excellent and effective use of on-line PC translation software - particularly when we had to make emergency arrangements for a Sunday visit to a medical centre. The apartment is rather bare and the kitchen not particularly well furnished or stocked with utensils. NB While there is hot water supply to the shower, there is no hot water supply to the kitchen and bathroom sinks. All in all, at GBP 54 per night (accommodating 4 persons), close to a big shopping centre and only a couple of blocks from the beach, it was good value for money.

  Buena ubicación, espacioso, limpio, confortable.

  Agradable, cómodo, bien equipado. Buena cama, agradable estar comedor y cocina con heladera grande, microondas y la vajilla necesaria. Buena climatizacion. Buen salón para desayuno en planta más elevada del hotel. Bueno el desayuno.

  excellent flat

  me and my wife when we went for travel for Rio olympic. basic we are just stay one day. the staff was very friendly also good service. we be back next time.this flat is well located close by a mall. see you next time.

  Great hotel, big rooms and excelent price!

  I really recommend this hotel. Each room is an appartment, where you have, depending on the amount of guests (we were 3): 2 rooms (each one with a TV), a kitchen with a big freezer, microwave and a really nice bathroom. The people working there are very kind and the breakfast is very complete, brazilian style. It´s close to the beach and it has a mall one black away.

  Big room, Great location!

  We stayed in Santos for 4 nights at this hotel. The room was good, very big and spacious. There were 2 sofas, a fridge, freezer and microwave which made it easy to be able to buy some snacks rather than always eating out. Bathroom was good and warm showers. The wifi in the room was not high speed, it was very up and down and continually kept cutting out for both of us. The breakfast was good, however, was not included (We didn't know this until after we had already eaten) The air con in the room is great and kept the room very cold. The location was good as the beach was not a very far walk and the big mall was one block away. Very close to a supermarket and a park across the road.
