  Dont Go there they are knocking it down in September

  We were not informed that the hotel was to be demolished in September due to its bad condition. The hotel was in a terrible state of repair and nothing was repaired once broken. The enthuses was on everything to be of the cheapest quality which showed throughout the whole hotel. It was meant to be 3 Star Superior, but did not deserve 1 star, it was giving it rating because the owners son was married to the presidents daughter. Rooms Disgusting, had to pay £500 to upgrade to VIP room after seeing 4 rooms Balcony unsafe and broken. Lifts not working Not enough cutlery Only 3 salt cellars for the whole hotel. Bathroom broken tiles and dirty, Toilet cracked and nipped you every time you sat on it. When asked to have it repaired the manager just laughed and said you only have 2 weeks of it. No lights in the toilet by the animation so people just urinated beside it. The toilet by the bar dirty with one urinal full of urine for 2 weeks. Coffee undrinkable. Kids drinks made out of powdered orange juice. We had to buy our own coffee, cereals, milk, Vodka and wine. Dinks served in a plastic beaker, some glasses existed but all were cracked. Food uneatable no meat only pork or chicken which is rationed, meat turned up one day but the rations were so tiny. Vodka and Whiskey only available at an extra charge of 5 Dinar and these were the local variety. Bar staff propositioned people to go to their rooms my wife was propositioned. Canoes were not available I tried for 4 days asking the manager to use them, each day I was told tomorrow, I gave up after 4 days. Wind surfing was not available. All sunbeds were broken and painful to lie on. Archery boards did exist but no Bows or arrows. They stated 3 themed restaurants but none of them existed. No laundry service. The Mini golf was full of broken concrete so a game was impossible. Manhole covers uncovered with huge drops below and a terrible smell of sewerage. No fitness room. No biscuits. We tried to phone Purple travel but used up all our credit due to long queues, we text Purple Travel but none were answered, we emailed purple travel but none were answered for over a week.

  Awful

  This hotel is the pits. It doesn't even look like the hotel I booked. Room was a health hazard, the toilet was filthy after we complained the room was cleaned and to be fair it was much better but still very rundown, in fact the whole place was. Food was awful and didn't cater for Europeans at all. We were the only white people full of Albanians that looked at us in disgust because we were in swimsuits. The reception and the rest of the staff were lovely to us and I think they felt sorry for us due to our situation . It was only due to them that the holiday was not a disaster. I am waiting on compensation from the holiday company as this was just not acceptable. Just don't go .

  We had so much fun with the amazing group Mimi,bibo,fafa,zina,sousou,jaz....the food was actually good it taste well ,we swam all day long and played so much games ,and the most important part is there where we watched the show it is really amazing I advice u to visit it u wont regret thank u so much

  The worst choice ever

  I stayed one week in this hotel if i can say its an hotel. No Internet connection stuff here are kind of gangsters. Most of them are ugly with big bellies. No uniform with slippers and dirty toes wich make you through up. The service is catastrophic. Not clean. No shampoo. They put in the bathroom local cheapest soap and clore. The only thing good is that the room is wide and clean
