  Eric and Marloes are friendly . The appartment was clean. Cleaning twice a week . I stayed for two weeks. But never saw a movie night. Not too far from the center. But you need a car. The pool was okay. The owners are available in the morning. The negative was the airconditioning . Turns off every hour. And turns on again after 45 minutes. It gets warm .. So .. Did not sleep good. For the wifi you have to go out of the appartment. But when it gets dark you have to go in side because of the muskitoes. So dont forget youre OFF spray !!

  Brilliant Bonaire

  We stayed for 10 days at the Chillout and found it to be a really nice place to stay. You do need a vehicle and although the apartments are not that big you are living out doors and only need to be inside to sleep or lie down after an exhausting day in the fantastic sun. Being at the Chillout you will meet up with more people who will help you to get around and tell you of their experiences on this fantastic island. After spending hours under the hot skies the pool is a great cooling down point and then the treat of the outside shower which is just nice and warm. We really enjoyed our stay here but it is not the Ritz, it is just a great way to spend a few weeks chilling out.

  Great appartments with friendly hosts!

  We have already stayed for a couple of times at Caribbean Chillout and with a good reason. We loved every visit! They have different appartments and all are very well maintained and clean, also they are being cleaned very often. The common garden with a pool and palmtrees is a vacation on itself, where the relaxed feeling comes to you! Eric & Marloes are great hosts and always available if you have questions or need tips, they know the island very well. If you are looking for a place to stay during your vacation or visit to Bonaire then look no further. I definitely recommend Caribbean Chillout everybody, be it couples, friends, families or alone.   Valentine's Week

  Visited Bonaire for the week to celebrate Valentine's days . My husband surprised me with this trip. We stayed at the Caribbean Chill Out, must say that the name speaks for itself. Lovely and cozy place. Will definitely stay here again. The owners are awesome.

  Comfortable, calm and relaxing

  Myself and my partners stayed with Eric and Marloes at the end of April 2019. We came here for a 10 day scuba diving vacation on Bonaire. After reading the reviews and narrowing down our search we settled on the Caribbean Chillout and were so very glad we did. Eric and Marloes are delightful folks and wonderful hosts. We stayed in a room with a king bed, the air worked, the WiFi is free and flawless, the housekeeping is stellar and the entire place is clean and wonderful. The photo is of Eric cleaning the pool while we had coffee and waited for an afternoon scuba trip. (Read my review of AB Drive & Dive for that). Caribbean Chillout is located close to the airport and we caught a local shuttle ($69 round trip) to get there. Eric welcomed us, and shared a beer to start our trip. The place feels safe as well as quiet with a market a short walk and a BIG market a somewhat longer walk away. Its possible to stroll to the waterfront if you wish, just bring good shoes to walk in as its not especially close. The room had a coffee and a tea pot, fridge, 4 burner stove and a clean, private bathroom with a huge shower. You and all your friends could shower in there together if you wish! By the pool is a plaza that Eric and Marloes have built, you can even sleep out there by the pool on a nice raised bed platform. The also have a bar and grill downtown, Woodstock, thats fun and funky and worth a visit. I highly recommend Caribbean Chillout and you can count on quick and quality communication from your hosts.
