Hotel CariaAunque mi familia y yo lo pasamos bien creo que debo destacar algunas cosas. Me gustó. Las vistas desde la habitación y la piscina. Tamaño de la habitación que se limpiaba a diario. sin pegas de las camareras. Podías bajar a las 8. 30 y aun encontrar 4 tumbonas juntas. El a/a funcionaba bien. No me gustó. Habitaciones anticuada.

The good and bad, Will not be going there again. We booked this holiday for a quiet time, being in a quiet area up in the mountains we thought this will be ideal. We got there on the evening about 7pm, booked in, went and had some food which was OK, then went to the bar asked for a rum & coke they had no local rum yes that's right no rum. After having some beers we went to our room which was very clean and tidy. The next morning we got up looked out of the window the view was stunning, that's where the good ends. After breakfast we went by the pool for a quiet and relaxing day, at 10am the quiet and relaxing day ended. The animation team put the music on, it blasted out rap/house music all day still about 530pm there was a quieter period during lunch. there must have only been 15 to 20 people around the pool. I think they put it on to entertain themselves, my partner did complain a few time to no avail. So we decided to go down the beach by hotel coach, it took about 10mins, got to this very sandy beach, there was no mattresses on the sunbeds, very uncomfortable, they had mattresses by the pool but we was not aloud to take them to the beach. We decided to have something to eat very limited food on the beach the chips was stone cold, This went on every day we was there except Monday it was the animations team day off yippee, still music was played but not as loud. 4 star don't think so, the other good thing was that we only booked 1 weeks holiday.

Go off peak, it would not be good in peak season. We stayed at the Caria Resort between the 29th Sep & 6th Oct and found it to be great value for money. I felt obliged to write a review as the ones i read before i went, meant i was actually dreading going on holiday! However i do feel that if we hadnt have gone off peak it could have potentailly became the russian nightmare people talk about. 10 of us went and we had 3 young kids, mine being 9 months and not walking, we ended up on 5th street. This was bit of a mission pushing a pram up but we only had to do it once a day. The others were on 2nd and 3rd st which was a bit annoying but in hindsight its couldn't have worked out better as the noise coming out of the "ambi theatre" between 9am and 1030pm would meant our little boy would not have gone to sleep easily. I would avoid this resort if you are immobile as you could face 100 steps to you room, that could happen depending on which room your allocated. This hotel does not really cater for the "British" as the majority of the guests are either Turkish or Russian so this is understandable. Unfortunately breakfast would comprise of toast and fruit which I can live with, would have loved a bacon buttie, but hey im in turkey. Lunch and Dinner was good with lots of choice and plenty of theatre cooking. Lunch at the beach was a write off, avoid at all costs. The room was dated but was very clean and the accommodation team worked hard. The grounds were maintained well and it had amazing views. The music was a bit loud but never enough to spoil my holiday. The service isn't great in this hotel but I believe part of this is down to an inability to communicate effectively. The shuttle to the beach was always on time and saved us a £4 taxi fare to the beach each day and they will drop you at the bottom of the hill if you want to nip into town which is 250m to left of the drop off. The beach is the most beautiful I have ever been on, no stones, no shingle its just a shame some people forget to use ashtrays. The town was a quiet place with a few bars and restaurants, we ate at the Dolphin which served great food and the pub next door had all the sports which was important for me. We booked our flight and hotel separate and it cost £145 for seven days and for all the niggles it was amazing value for money. If you go off peak, the potential is there for a good experience but I imagine it to be an absolute nightmare in peak season. There is no way that the restaurant, the pool, the shuttle service and everything else could cope with the potential 700 guests that could be there. I would guess that there was 200 max when we stayed. £21 per day for 3 meals, all drinks and a bed to rest your head, great value.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!Caria was our 1st experience of Turkey and has most definitely made us want to return. The hotel, staff, facilities and entertainment were 1st class. All inclusive facilities continue on the beach via the Caria beach bar. Free transport is laid on hourly during the day to the beach and each evening to the village. The staff made us so welcome, we knew most by name, as they did us, and they even taught us some basic Turkish. Our 2 boys had a real adventure and still talk about the holiday. The village is full of friendly Turks at a handful of bars, restaurants and shops. Can't wait to return. Please please please ignore the bad reviews, they were far from our experience!

It was okayIt was okay, the beach and beach bar were great, the food was nothing big, just salads, burgers, and fries, the drinks were always cold, the food in the hotel was passable, the bad thing is the east Germans and Russians, plates pilled high , two mouth fulls and then push the plate away, very wasteful, the hotel staff was always trying to do there best
