  Feel like 5 stars Hotel

  I am so glad to find this hotel In good location Surface so I thought it is 5 stars. I dont come with the breakfast and really like five-star hotel at lunch with only 120 So delicious that are very clean

  Well Maintained and Great Service

  The Hotel really took me to a surprise, i wasn't expecting such a well maintained property, the Google maps took me through the inner lanes and landed me right behind the hotel, on my way to the Hotel I really thought that this might be a bad decision. but to my wonder it was a good hotel, right on the main road and well located. The food was excellent, Service was great, i would surely come back and would highly recommend.

  Quick Business Trip

  Booked the hotel for an impromptu business trip to KSA. Flawless check in experience and very easy to book with option of airport pickup. Hotel Room is okay. Not all the plugs work and some of the mounts are shaky. The decor could be slightly more on point and less rough round the edges. Im not sure if the AC unit is actually hitting the required temperature as the room is still quite warm and does make it difficult to sleep. The safe is large and can accommodate a laptop unlike piddly ones encountered before. Plenty of space for clothes to hang and to fold. Room service is quick and the food has been decent thus far. Bathroom is okay but the location of the toilet immediately behind the door can be tedious with constant banging on opening the door, might just be my room, who knows. I did feel the gym could have more dumbbells, barbells, benches and equipment in general, I was mislead in the initial survey of the hotel. Money was required fully upfront upon checking in, which was slightly forceful and unlike other hotels Ive stayed at. They do offer good rates for Forex, some of the best actually. Stay has been good at the hotel so far but there are a number of factors I would work on.

  Great Staff, Experience, Location

  Very friendly and professional staff. Very helpful when needing to print off some information and when getting a taxi or advice of things to do in the locality. Short walk to kingdom tower and to local supermarket. They also serve delicious lemon mint drinks, one of the best in riyadh. Would be my 1st choice next time i return to riyadh.

  Nice hotel close to Kingdom Tower

  Stayed at the Carawan for five nights while on a business trip in Riyadh. I was booked into a suite so had plenty of room. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the only gripe was that there was very few English language TV stations, just CNN. Breakfast was buffet style and covered all bases as did lunch with a selection of breads, salads and middle eastern dishes which all tasted very good.Staff were very professional and friendly and I would recommend staying at this hotel.
