  Good for the price

  Great staff, well kept grounds. Breakfast was included with our stay, it was quite nice( lots of options). The hotel seems to be relatively new, or the updates are done very well. This place is close to many restaurants and pubs.

  Overall good but driver and male staff no clue about hospitality

  Overall very nice , good breakfast , hashbrown is excellent, f and b staff are very friendly , rooms are decent , manager is nice and funny hands on manager How ever , I checked out , and nobody asked me if I need a taxi , as obvious I had a big luggage with me .... So I called a taxi by my own , at the same time my taxi went off the hotel bus also went off and he followed us to the airport , the male staff are very unfriendly and they should change there profession and maybe go back to the ricefield and watch over the kwais...

  Great hotel, decent location, good value

  I stayed at Capitol for two nights this week. The location is pretty decent with a minimart, internet cafe and a bunch of restaurants on the same street (Including a great burger place, Rays Grille 100m down the road) with everything you need. There are also a few tuktuks that sit near the hotel if you need one! I was doing a visa run and it was about a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the embassy. It's about a 10 minute walk to the river front as well. The room was nice and very large with a comfy bed and good a/c. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming at check in and throughout my stay. The internet wasn't good in my room but I didn't really use it much so it wasn't a huge deal for me. Overall it's a really good value hotel for the price point (Much better then a lot of others for the same price) and I will definitely come back here next time.

  Wonderful service, rooms and hospitality

  I stayed in a big room for 3 for 8 days in January and loved it. We had a service kitchen, the rooftop restaurant was awesome, and the service was great. A young woman, Apple, worked at the reception - she was super and such a good host. Gave us a great room, made sure we had what we needed. Loved staying here. Quiet as well.

  My favorite place in Vientiane

  This place always feels like home. Spacious room with lots of light, good location, staff are friendly, sometimes i get on the house coffee and great breakfast. Having the restaurant at the rooftop is also a plus, good view of Mekong River. :) That's why i keep on coming back!
